Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Whoever was working the night shift on Tuesday January 6th 10 pm made my meal so absolutely incredible, that I felt the need to actually write a review. I got the sweet and spicy bacon burger meal and let me tell you, I’ve never had a burger this amazing. I’ve gotten this burger a few times before but tonight was next level, extraordinary one might say. The fries were cooked absolutely amazing, nice and crispy on the outside, perfect amount of salt, fluffy on the inside… to die for. The burger… oh man don’t even get me started. Sauced to perfection, loaded with bacon, packed with onions, juicy juicy JUICY patties, like come on when was the last time you saw a fast food burger getting soggy from how juicy it was? This was the best whataburger experience I could’ve ever asked for and I’m so thankful I live 30 seconds down the road. Whataburger team working Tuesday January 6th 10 pm, you guys are my life and soul I will ride with you guys until I’m gone off this earth. I love all of you so much you made my night with this meal. If I could relive that experience just one more time I would pay a fortune.

I don’t know people are giving this whataburger a 5 star. Never not once has this restaurant location reached a 2 star for me. Sorry to be frank but this the slowest whataburger in history. Fast food more like slow food, chilis is even faster than this drive thru. I have done curbside like 5 times in hope they fall through but nope, whatever kids are grilling in there are like the sloth from zootopia. Also for some reason, no one in that kitchen can mix fake gravy correctly. Every single time, I mean every SINGLE TIME their gravy is water. Actually it might be more water than water. Oh and get this, the food will be warm but guess what good luck getting a good size chicken patty because all you will eat is buns and lettuce. Sorry but not sorry cause this location is the worst. I said what I said but I will have to keep getting this rubbish whataburger because who wants to drive far.

I bought a burger a couple of nights ago and it was not the one I ordered, (peppers). I brought it back today and the manager, Marcell greeted me with a smile. I gave him my receipt, and although the error didn’t happen on his shift, he apologized to me and made me a burger just the way I like it!

Just wanted to take a second and come on here and say I had the absolute best experience I have ever had at a Whataburger. There was an issue with my fries and the manager Crystal did a wonderful job in handling the issue. She was very welcoming, helpful, generous and just made it a point to make sure I received excellent service to the highest degree. I have never experienced a Whataburger employee/manager be as amazing as her. It seems like a lot of people that work fast food are either rude or don’t seem like they want to be there when they are the ones who did the interview. She exemplified what it means to pick a job and to be proud and thankful for her decision. Over all Crystal definitely deserves a raise, I don’t know what yall are paying her but it needs to be more

I have always enjoyed Whataburger. I had a double-meat with bacon at lunch on Sunday. The burger looked like death warmed over. It tasted stale, and for the next 18 hours I had an upset stomach. Still having issues with my tummy.

So unfortunately, tonight was I guess not a good night for certain peoples on their night shift today. The service was very unappreciated. Remind you the drive-through has audio and has a camera and he made it Sound like I never said, the number four Buns toast on both sides, medium well done, medium fry with a large Coke with no ice and the person that was at the Night Shift said that they very much heard it. I just wanna say it’s very disappointing. When you know you have a lot of things going on you want a fresh hot me hole and you get to the window and you don’t get exactly what you ordered. No, I didn’t get charged. You know a large drink or anything in that matter, but the matter of the principal is is your communicating with your customers and your telling them you heard everything that they repeated, and they said then you get to the window and then you get them totally the opposite. It’s just the lack of communication and just feel like I’ve consideration really.
