Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Everything in my order was fine BUT I received a diet Dr Pepper or something because I ordered a Dr Pepper and that’s not what I got, I also received it missing some soda and not getting a full cup like I expected. Just the fact that they saw it was full, closes it, and brought it out thinking it was fine was crazy to me because it’s whataburger, I’m disappointed cause I expected better.

employees were rude and condescending. asked a girl for help and she goes “i’m off the clock” in a super snarky way… like okay then why are you still behind the counter??? and the manager or supervisor on duty was so rude when he was asked to come out to help because there was an influx of customers in the lobby. he aggressively tapped the screen when taking our order because he was upset that he had to take our order??? you work in customer service CRAZY you’re gonna work with customers! super disappointing experience. the employees here don’t care about customer service—it’s just a job to them, and that’s fine, but even at that you don’t get to treat people like garbage just because you’re upset you have to work. never coming to this location again. don’t go into customer facing jobs if you don’t want to deal with customers. if you want long wait times and bad attitudes this is the place to go.

You guys did me so dirty today! I ordered a patty melt and I swear it was to most disappointing burger I’ve ever seen in my life! You guys forgot the sauce, the burger was pressed legit to a point where it was freaking smashed! DRY.
These kids are all over the place not charging correctly, messing up my burger, getting in each others way, where are the adults man.
So disappointed… didn’t even bother calling because I’ve lost hope! & that’s it! I will never leave a Whataburger window without making sure my order is right. You guys have lost my trust forever! #notcool.

Went to Whataburger with my wife note haven’t eaten anything since 12 ordered food around 7pm. When I received my order my chicken strips were cold and I had no gravy the only thing that was ok was the fries. And the cokes had no flavor. Asked to get my gravy and they literally gave me a a small cup with a drop of gravy in it. I may be just one customer but I am disappointed with this establishment I will no longer eat in any Whataburger locations

Once again, breakfast taquitos made just the way I ordered! The flour tortilla perfectly toasted and sausage, egg, picante filling done just right! Great customer service for being morning business! Coffee was great!

It’s alright. I just have some advice. When you take an order… maybe not say will that complete your order after each item a customer is ordering. Instead, what else can I get for you? Sounds positive and doesn’t sound like you’re trying to end the order.

Forgot to take pictures but it doesn’t matter what time of day or in my case night you go you get the same great and fast service and fresh food anytime you visit very nice employees and attentive to costumers no waiting in line at all
