Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Amassing Experience Overall!✨ Great ambiance, hot and fresh food, and friendly staff. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the staff, and ordered right away. Our cashier Juanita was very helpful, patient, and explained my questions diligently. We received our order in less that 10 minutes even though we are a family of four. Great food, everything was hot and delicious.

The service is anything but pleasant. When I order a meal and show up to pick up my meal the team lead dressed in white shirt look at you like it’s a bother to see another customer. The verbal response is worse than a mute person. You get better help from am employee than a leader. This place gets backed up fairly quickly. I give this restaurant a 1 star out of 5.

A few years back, I had stopped coming to this establishment because the personnel were so rude. A few months back, I decided to give them another shot. The service has improved greatly. Shout out to Joel. Very nice professional and always smiles and says good morning.

Never had came to this Whataburger but today being New Years we didn’t have much options. They got my order wrong I asked for a #1 plain w/ cheese and it was all the way plus my fries were missing… when i was going to remove the veggies there was a small bug on my lettuce. I was not going to make a big deal but the manager (female) was extremely rude and said that I was lying. Taught me customer service is out the door already in 2026. Ill add a picture of the bug once i figure out how to add pictures.

Just went through the drive-through use the app which is useless. You don’t get updates. I was waiting for a malt. I kept seeing the employee pour out of the machine and then dumped it back over the top. It was really disgusting. I told her I would pass on it my food was cold so the app is useless. It doesn’t matter. If you order ahead of time you still have to wait in line because they’re curbside is not open till 7 AM

ROSA C . and her staff are extremely rude. If your looking for fast and friendly service DO NOT come to this store. On top of waiting 20 min on drive thru they forgot my taquito .When I went to ask for missing item they said it was in there …. why would I go back . SAVE YOU MONEY OR GO ELSEWHERE .

Plus the burgers are always cold here.
They don’t accommodate special request on your meals and usually get something wrong all the time.
