Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Don’t order from here from night to morning. This shift is making terrible fries they’re always cold and have a weird texture. We ordered twice and the food was the same quality.

Atrocious service!!!! Order, then employee comes back to tell us there is no gravy, we say ok. 25 min later no food has been given other than the cokes. Finally we ask for a refund and it takes another 10min. We leave without food and almost 40 min wasted. Whataburger is going horribly not what we remembered. Wowww, what an absolute disappointment. No need to expand to other states with this service.

My boyfriend got food poisoning from their burger. I don’t know if the employees who made it washed their hands or not but that could have been a lawsuit. Employees should be washing their hands and wearing gloves anytime they are making the food. I’ve worked food service so there shouldn’t have been a reason for him to get sick.

Drive trough. Got two of the Breakfast Sandwiches only made with a burger instead of sausage. Happy they did the sub. Great sandwich.

Seems like the priority to serve customers comes second. Workers eating on there time off get first serve at least that’s how I felt. My food was ok I’ve had better I ordered a breakfast taco and asked for it to be toasted well it wasn’t. I still ate it and I didn’t make a fuss about it. Restroom and dining are very clean.

Update june 2023: still horrible, have ordered #5 twice already within 2 weeks for delivery, and they dont add the bacon! This whataburger sucks!
The online app does not give me the option to order curbside. When ordering from this place there is a 50/50 chance you will get good customer service and that your meal will be made as you asked. You just never know. I have gotten horrible customer service but yet have gotten great c.s., too.

Best customers service. Aaron was super nice and friendly he greeted me and took my order. He was also cleaning the dining room and made sure to ask the customers for refills. I’ll be coming back soon!!!thank you
