Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Stephanie our cashier was awesome. Very pleasant and nice. As we walked up to the cashier stand she politely told us that she’ll be right with us. She took mine and my boys order with a smile. She got everything correct and the food came out delicious. We need more Stephanie’s like her!!!

Crew had an attitude during my whole order, was given greif about ordering a water with my meal. Swapped to dr pepper, only for them to the give me a diet and not make the water until i pulled up to the window. With a long list of great whataburgers in the area, skip this sad joke of a spot.

The worst whataburger in the whole Corpus Christi area !! Not only are the burgers extra dry but they sell the patties burnt as well not only do they not respect giving the customers what they pay for but they continue to disappoint my family I think hmm Whats good to eat not at this place soggy fries missing items over cooked food and very disrespectful managers who seem to not care about doing there dam job right and run a efficient restaurant I am only very upset because last week and the week before that and tonight my Order was wrong and the manager on shift seemed to not have a care for the world oh I beg to differ if I spend money in your restaurant I want my food service to be what it’s supposed to be great service not over cooked food and missing items and rude employees and supervisors horrible horrible place

Ordered a Whataburger meal. Very good, but my fries were a bit soggy and cold. The restaurant was extremely busy though both inside and drive thru. The staff were all busy doing their job and keeping tables/floors cleaned up and items stocked by soda machine etc.

Ordered food at 10:17. Received food at 10:42. You would think it would be hot. NOT EVEN CLOSE!! Warm food is to much of a compliment. My food was cold so if it was ready and cooling down, why did it take so long? Nothing was hot. Then to top it off, they forgot my onion rings!! This is a horrible Whataburger. Don’t waste your time or money. Go somewhere else! Maybe if they get off the phone they could make the food.

Believe it or not, we went back for a 2nd shot. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!! I was in the drive-thru about 10 min BEFORE being able to order, real simple meal. Just a kids meal, chicken strips, milk and a cookie. However, they were unable to manage that. No cookies. I guess inventory is real hard here. Then I was stuck in the line another, who knows how long. Good grief. I give up on you. Went to our regular Whataburger on Saratoga. Line moved super quick. Meal was super hot, oh and plenty of cookies. Just drive 3 more miles down the road.

This Whataburger has too many teenagers and not much management to control the teenagers. We were there about 12:30 am and the drive thru was wrapped around to the front of the building. We had. Our order had 4 meals and my niece behind us had two meals but they only gave us 1 number for both orders. There was so much confusion. I was the only one that order a small burger and it was dried out and cold. One of the double meats had no cheese. Hopefully they get their act together pretty quick before they have no customers.

They can’t ever get an order right. Been here 3 times recently and ordered a #4 with grilled onions and ask for extra grilled onions every time. The past 2 times they have forgotten them and this third time I asked for it on the burger and then an extra side of grilled onions just in case they forget this time. They didn’t put them on the burger or give me the side. Will not go back to this location.
