Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

One of the workers here was having a bad night and it was showing in his attitude and his actions. I felt like I was in his way the whole time. I did not feel comfortable and they put too much ice in drink. The lady is spoke to at the front counter was not polite. I guess she was having a bad night too. My exact thought for the guy was “it’s time for somebody to go home”. I did not feel welcomed or respected.

Food was very fresh. Fries were hot, but I feel like everything I ate was way over salted. I was eating and felt like I had to drown everything in ketchup so I wouldn’t taste the salt so strong. That was a big disappointment and an issue I’ve never had with Whataburger before.

I placed a drive-thru order around 9:31 PM and did not receive my food until approximately 9:55 PM. I was instructed by staff to pull all the way forward in the drive-thru lane.
While waiting, multiple vehicles behind me received their food before I did. After waiting nearly 25 minutes, my girlfriend went inside to ask about the order. We were then told “the food was there and they thought we left,” even though we followed instructions and remained in the lane where we were told to wait.
The order appeared to have been forgotten, causing unnecessary delay and frustration. I’m submitting this so management is aware and can prevent this from happening again.

I’ve never been to any other Whataburger that has messed up my order so many times but the one on Saratoga and Player street is the absolute worst. It used to be a good one and have been coming here for 15 years but lately they seem to mess up my order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME… I’m just going to take the short drive and start going to the one on Staples and Yorktown from now on.

It was horrible, my first time there since just moved in neighborhood,prolly last. I placed an online order for the swiss mushroom burger, usually love em. Noticed the receipt was wrong as of having bbq sauce when I clicked mayo . So I called to ask if could be corrected, the guy rudely lmk it was already made so I asked if could not be fixed he said hold on said yea they can. They didn’t, an I got to the woods it was the same guy again you attitude

Good as long as you go through drive through. Beware if you’re eating inside. They will forget about you. Ordered some cinnamon rolls and drinks got to use some app points. Got my drinks but after 25 minutes I had to ask for my cinnamon rolls had to ask for them to be reheated. Yes they were cold after 20 min. But I was not the only one another customer had to tell them why he was again in order to get his order. At least own up to it instead of acting like ot didn’t happen. Must do better.

I’ve been ordering the chili cheese burger since it launched and it is my favorite burger but this time was really off at this location. It tasted far from fresh and most of the fries were completely raw. The sweet tea tasted like unsweetened tea and they failed to put the napkins and ketchup that I requested. Lack of effort completely. The only thing that was good was the coke I got instead of the sweet tea that I really wanted but had to get instead.
