Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Please give Hazel a promotion, i had a issue with my order and she was able to help me and it was very busy in the restaurant and in the drive through and she was being a great leader to her team and making sure everything was getting done! As someone that works for HEB that is the type of leadership skills needed to run a business! I really appreciated her today!

Got my usual, triple meat with cheese and no bun. Service was quick and the person who delivered my food to my table was also courteous and polite. He then began spraying down and sterilizing tables. I liked that.
This location was pretty clean to other Whataburgers I have visited. The floors were not spotless but all the tables were clean and ready to seat customers.
My food was hot and delicious as it usually is at Whataburger.
If you are in the area I would definitely give them a try.

I have been in another country for the last six years, so when the chance to finally get Whataburger arose I jumped on it. I was hesitant that after years of being away I would be met with terrible customer service as well as sub-par food…. Let me tell you it was AMAZING! I told them that it had been awhile since my last Whataburger since I had been out of country and they made sure to help me. The servers were patient and kind. They suggested a great burger. I recommended every stop at this Whataburger if they wish to have an exceptional experience. They also gave me a small gift which I treasure greatly!

Someone must of measured my salad with a teaspoon. Never in my life have I ever received a salad so sloppy and empty lol. There was literally nothing to dig my fork into. Of course I called to ask about the portions if they changed ? But nope the girl who answered the phone said “they” are doing their jobs right according to policy. .. just cause you are located in beorne doesn’t make you top tier. Service and food was disgusting. Not going to get a replacement as offered .. who even trusts that? No thanks. Couldn’t even eat it looked old.

Breakfast as always was fantastic. My only issue is, the sign hanging outside of building is situated right in front of the handicapped parking spaces, and all handicapped people have to walk around the strings holding this sign in place. “See Pictures” Not all handicapped people can’t bend down low enough so one could go directly from the vechile straight towards the front door without having to walk around the back of their car to get around the strings holding this sign. Laura was an awesome cashier and did me a big favor. My work had me out at night during the big freeze and my food froze on the dash being that it was 30 degrees outside. She microwaved it for me and gave my partner and I discounts cor our food as well.

No people, food was cold, slowest location I’ve been to. Ordered through the DoorDash app, said it would be “ready by 8:25” 9:41 and still waiting.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Whataburger. I placed an online order through Grubhub for pickup, but when my brother went to pick it up for me, the manager on duty — named either Johnathan or Josh — refused to release the order. I don’t have a driver account, and instead of helping resolve the issue, the manager made me come to the store myself, which caused a huge inconvenience. This happened on 10/25/2025 7pm-7:30 also my food is cold and my family and I can’t enjoy it anymore
