I’ve had lukewarm fries every time I come to this location, and my hamburger meat seemed a little undercooked on this specific visit. The diet Dr Pepper is the BEST and love the pellet ice! Also, the service is always great.

Ive never had an issue. Would be 5 stars buuuut when it rains hard, water WILL get inside your vehicle and get on your cars electronics, we have a 2024 prius and it was a major concern. They need better coverage at the drive through window.

Had breakfast there . All I can say was everything we ordered was delicious. Atmosphere was great. Have done drive thru and haven’t been disappointed at this location. So glad they are in Cibolo.

This location was very clean and the lady at the front was quick to greet us. She was very friendly and engaging. We watched her while we ate make sure to greet everyone in a friend and and inviting manner. While we were dining she even remembered our name and offered to go get us refills on our drinks. On our way out, she called a farewell, again, remembering our names.

Ordered chicken strip meal with extra chicken strip, they forgot the extra chicken strip. I ordered bacon on my burger. No bacon. Tired of paying for things I don’t get. This location has no business offering curbside pickup. On multiple occasions I’ve ordered curbside to wait 15 minutes beyond the expected pickup time and after checking in at the store. You’ll watch cars enter and exit the drive through before you get your food but you ordered 15 minutes prior to those in the drive through. At first I attributed it to being a new location but at this point they’ve been open for months and should have a handle on things by now. Shows how poorly this location is managed that the employees seem to operate with little to no oversight and with zero urgency.

As grateful as I am to have a Whataburger here in Cibolo, I hate that every single time I go through the drive though, it takes them 20 min to get my food. Gone are the days where one can order food and then have it ready as soon as you get to the window. I’ve noticed the same thing at the Universal City location as well. It’s not “fast food” anymore.
