Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. I’m getting tired of whataburger. And this location is not convincing me otherwise. Too many options out there not to be customer service focused and correct the accuracy time management, and obviously from the other reviews, the nonworking soda machine
I never post negative reviews because I like to give the benefit of the doubt but this was just ridiculous, and disgusting.
I sit at the window, there are three bags of food just sitting there. I feel bad for the people behind me because their food must’ve been ice cold. But I digress,
I don’t get the food until 11:08AM, at this point the window felt abandoned, that is when I am 38 minutes in since i drove into the parking lot….
I politely requested a refund, as I feel this is an unacceptable time frame for a drive thru, and the $14 meal should be free, at least that’s how it was when I was a GM at Whataburger about 4 years ago, I feel like that was a reasonable request.
The lady at the window rolled her eyes when I requested the refund.
That’s when I said nevermind, and drove off. And now I am filling out online reviews due to the last straw of the eye rolling.
Completely unacceptable. I am still requesting a refund, we’ll see how it goes.
We went back to the store immediately and explained the issue. We were told the sandwich would be remade. After waiting over 30 minutes, a staff member came back and said the camera showed them giving us the sandwich and that they would not replace it.
Why would anyone who just spent over $100 try to get a free sandwich? The response made no sense and was extremely frustrating. The staff member was not helpful at all, showed no concern, and offered no resolution.
This was horrible customer service, and because of how this was handled, I will never return to this Whataburger or any Whataburger again.
