Really bummed I have to do this. I love this franchise and this location. But tonight we spent $40 on a Friday night treat and when we got home the order was completely wrong. I get inflation but that should mean the orders should be perfect. Ill still go back but im bummed.
We got hardly no buffalo sauce on our wings and we ordered no cheese on one burger- luckly it was half frozen and flaked right off.

I had a really great experience here. The staff was very welcoming and made me feel like I actually mattered as a customer. They didn’t even want me waiting long and kept things moving quickly. Everyone was respectful, positive, and you could tell they truly worked as a team. It’s rare to walk into a place and feel that level of genuine customer service. I definitely appreciate the kindness and professionalism!

I asked for my food well done. I saw them take the bag and was thinking they were dropping it fresh. I got my food. It was still cold. I ordered the kids meal. They asked me did I want chocolate chip cookie or two other things I said, a chocolate chip cookie and still didn’t receive it. The customer service was horrible. Your overnight crew needs a little bit more training and help. Do not visit here attitudes were bad

Walked in the front door no one said anything to me just looked at me. Manager was right there doing some paperwork could truly be less bothered by me. Didn’t acknowledge me til I threw my hand up in disgust and sat down then he wanted to say are you ready to order. Told him had a mobile order. Grabbed it grabbed my cup and literally only said I was getting your cup. Thankfully the less paid hourly worker was nice and told me have a good day. This occurred on Monday night around 7 pm. Let’s talk about the burger. Dear lord I’ve been eating Whataburger for over two decades and never have I had a more grease filled top bun. It literally felt like you were biting into a grease sponge. So yes I will never go back to this whataburger

Just now at around 12:00 pm – 12:15 pm . I ordered 2 fish combos and a Jr. Whataburger. The burger was fine. But the combo’s we absolutely shocking. The fish was dried out from being cooked too long or dried out from being under the light, too long. I choose the latter. I called to tell the manager, but the person who answered started that they make the fish by order. It just happened that she was the one who made the order. I have been eating for a lifetime and I have eaten there for many years. This is one of the times that I am very displeased. Not only at the food but also at her attitude. She virtually told me I was lying. She said to bring them back, and she would redo the order. But if I didn’t in so many words, I could fly. I let her know that I made it back to work, and I couldn’t leave again. I she said oh well. I told her that was find I had to take that 39+ dollar loss she hung up. The arrogance was enough for me to set out to find another spot. I brought the other person their meal, but I will post a picture. You may not be able to tell, but the truth is the fish was hard the, the fries were old and cold dried out . The only thing that passed was the drink . I’m sure it’s because she only had to get it from the fountain . I was totally disappointed and angry.

Used the app on my phone, reviewed the order to make sure it was right, pick it up, but when we opened the order it was completely wrong. The only thing right was the drinks, and that’s because I fixed them myself. One of the burgers appeared to have been prepared far earlier that the order was placed. They just threw it in the bag because it was a double meat but unfortunately it had mayo and not mustard. It was an overall sucky experience.

Really disappointed, this place is usually very clean. On this day Sunday, Sept 16, 2018, the place was filthy, very busy, tables were dirty. Food was Cold and took over 20 minutes to get our order.
I, usually enjoy going to this establishment.
I, noticed management not making an issue right with a customer.
