Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Awful! Just save your time and go to the one at 62!
The manager is no help either. She was snotty and said, nope nothing wrong with the strawberry shake. I ordered 3 strawberry and 2 vanilla and I can assure you the strawberry have never looked like this and the taste was 100 times worse

Absolutely terrible, girl at the counter was VERY VERY RUDE and thats putting it nicely. She makes nasty faces while you’re ordering and acts like you’re dumb and like she doesnt want to take your order. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. I walked out it was so bad

Just got back from this location and got pancakes. I don’t know if Whataburger has changed their pancakes but they are so thin and pathetic, it’s super depressing. These pancakes are the only thing that inflation hasn’t changed until now.
Everything is getting smaller and the prices keep increasing.

It’s always the same thing — bad attitudes and cold, incorrect food. It’s so frustrating because I have kids, and honestly, I don’t have the energy to go back and ask for a remake or deal with unprofessional people and nasty attitudes. I spend my hard-earned money just to be disappointed every time.

The crazy part is, I don’t even buy fast food often, but once in a while I like to treat myself and the kids to Whataburger… and every single time it’s a disappointment. At this point it’s not bad luck, it’s a pattern. They’re way too expensive for this level of bs.

I ordered today around 10:50 PM online, and the food was a complete disgrace. I wish I had taken a picture before I threw it away. I wouldn’t even give that food to my dog. They seriously need to do better with hiring and customer service — because this ain’t it.

Stopped by this Whataburger and apparently entered a time portal, because it took about an hour to get my food. I’m pretty sure I aged. On the bright side, the staff was nice and the order was correct when it finally arrived which felt like a small victory after watching multiple episodes of my life pass by.

The food tasted good, but waiting that long for a burger made me question my decisions. Solid place if you’re not in a hurry… or if you’re building patience as a hobby.

Passed through the drive through approximately 6:20 pm or so. There was only 4 cars in front of me in line. Nearly every aspect of my order was incorrect. I ordered a party melt plain (she even confirmed only meet and cheese), with a root beer and a jalapeño ranch. Got to the window and confirmed the jalapeño ranch was in the bag and the employee said yes. Received my order and got to work and had a party melt as it comes (not plain), a coke as the drink, and regular ranch dipping sauce.

wb used to be my favorite fast food burger, but they’ve gone downhill over the years. still great fries and shakes. the girl at the drive-thru was really nice. Will go back, but not my fave anymore.

How do you mess up an order this bad? I ordered a double cheeseburger meal only ketchup they gave me a single cheeseburger with everything but ketchup im so tired of the people that want $15 an hour having $2 an hour work ethic the cooks were arguing amongst themselves messes up 2 of the 3 meals i ordered for my family get yalls stuff together very unprofessional DO NOT COME HERE $35 wasted…

I waited to place my order at the counter only to be ignored for several minutes. I ended up placing an order on the kiosk and waited nearly 30 minutes for a burger and cold fries. Just save your time and money and go to the MacArthur location.

The customer service is terrible, very unfriendly. I had a mobile order, the girl at the counter was rude. The order was wrong, forgot items and mixed up tea. I know it’s just whataburger but I did expect at least to be treated I wasn’t bothering them to hand me a bag.
