Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Heyyyyyy its whataburger, its always good. And they nail my order everytime. Which i obviously like very much. Some of the other ones always forget my jalapeño ranch and I have to tell them. Anyways their number 5 with cheese and an extra patty with mayo “HITS THE SPOT”!

Very poor customer service. They don’t ask for your order when you get to the speaker you have to say “hello” & they reply with “yes”. After placing your order they say “okay”. Not the total of your order, not thank you or pull up smh
Then after paying they immediately tell you pull up. No thx, I don’t care about your timer. I will stay at the window, maybe work on the customer service and you’ll have customers that won’t mind pulling up

Wish I would have read the reviews b4 ordering thru drive thru. Out of 3 orders, only 1 was correct! The patty by itself was not included & the Sweet n Spicy HB was only a regular HB. That is ridiculous!

This is one of the reviews I make when I’m genuinely disturbed after ordering through a drivethru. I came to this location around 6:00 pm give or take. I ordered a hamburger with no cheese combo and the spicy chicken combo, one of the few things I asked was for a handful of fancy and spicy ketchup, there was no ketchup in the bag.
I asked if my hamburger can come with grilled onions, and to my disappointment it was ignored, and I only found out until later when I came to my apartment.
I’m creating this review as my two cents and as a reminder to refrain from shopping here for a couple of months or so

I just want to give a shout out to Alex at Whataburger. I placed an order on my app and I went to go pick it up and then I realized it the selected the wrong Whataburger. I called the Whataburger where I placed the order and Alex was so nice. He said don’t worry about it and he will remake food. I was so thankful because I was so overwhelmed with death in the family and embarrassed I made the mistake and it he said no worries at all. I arrived and we had fresh everything! Thank you so much!

Came here the other day and got a burger there was no lettuce, no mayo no pickles on it. I also asked for the onion rings to be extra crispy, they were anything but crispy. They were soggy and not cooked all the way. And on my husband’s burger they did not put cheese on it. Why ask how I want something made if you’re just gonna put whatever you want on it.
I could not eat it, it was disgusting. And I been coming to this location for years. Yall really went down hill.

I’m sorry I usually never do this but I was in the drive thru line waiting at the window, already paid for 13 minutes. There’s nothing “fast” about this fast food location. Employees are nice but it’s so infuriating how long it takes.

Was really disappointed with their burgers this time around. Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger meals to go. Got home and one wasn’t a bacon cheeseburger. It had jalapenos. And on top of that the burgers were FLAT and the jalapeno one had soggy buns.
Totally disappointed. Won’t visit until they get their act together. Used to be good, but it’s gone downhill.

Was my first visit to this location and don’t think I will be back. Ordered a Dr. Pepper and Blackberry shake and they handed me a Banana – not a big deal as they quickly made the correct one and handed it off. Had me park in the drive thru overflow and wait 10 minutes for a small order for two people. When the order came, they had forgotten the sauce for my chicken strips. I pointed out that the sauce was missing and they made me move everything around in the bag and prove it before they gave me the missing sauce. Lady told me multiple times I had to pay for the sauce, which was already selected and paid for with the meal. Felt like I had told them to empty the cash register.
