Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Ordered curbside online. Order was to be ready in 7-10 minutes. Get there and there is no way to alert them you’re outside unless you used the app. Had yo go inside. Which wasn’t that big of deal. Get inside the order isn’t read. It’s been over ten minutes since order was made. Get order. It’s missing fries. Had to wait for a new batch of fries. The lady doing these orders was rude. The young lady who helped me was nice but slow af. But she was trying to help. The sprite was all carbonation. The shake melted while we waited for food forever and had to drive back.

Always great burgers. They were busy, so they had a runner transferring food from the food window to the cars. The meals were fresh and hot. They got the drinks right, too. Glad this is a great, consistent experience.

Brand new store Looks Great. They need to work on drive through performance. The Speed was very slow. My food was cold when given to me after they tried to hand me other people’s food twice. The drinks where given to me very fast so I had something to drink while I waited. They were very nice about everything so that’s something. My wife is allergic to mustard and they added it to her food when I told them ” no mustard please my wife is allergic and will die “… and now im driving to Chick-fil-A to pick something up for her because she can’t eat the food

Worst service, manager was rude. They got my order wrong said they were going to replace it then when i got to the store the next day they have no record had me wait 20 min to tell me they can not re emburse my order. Food was good as usual. Don’t like that they charge for extra sauce and even ketchup now. Ordered chicken strips with gravy and wanted honey mustard. Was charged for the honey mustard because I had gravy it was considered extra.

I ordered online per usual and when I picked up my order they handed me a bag without my fries in it. then when I did get the fries they were cold and old and way under portioned. I asked for the sauces that I ordered and still got the wrong thing when I got home. This location is going down severely in terms of customer service. I think I’ll start going to the one on I-10/Garth Rd or in Mont Belvieu instead.

This location on Garth road is much better than the location near 146 & Interstate 10 in Baytown/Mont Belvieu. That being said the beef used has decreased in quality-and is drier-than it was 30yrs ago. The malts are really good and the cokes are as well. The service at this location is 5 ⭐️.

Food is great (Bring back the MontereyMelt), I always do the drive through, it can be busy around lunchtime and dinner time. Order is correct around 80-85% of the time.
