Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Not gonna lie the customer service was good. The people were nice but that’s it. The actual service sucks….. the line moved super slow, everyone inside seemed to be at a certain level of flustered and my food was raw when I received it. And I don’t mean a little pink……I mean the breading was just sliding off and mushy and the strip was limp and pink all over! I would most likely never go back to this location. For the line to move as slow as it did and the food still be raw…… fries were brown and tasted like they weee just pre soaking in oil before frying them, tea was barely sweet. It was all unpleasant.

The new manager Alexis is amazing. She really cares about the store and the customers. She’s very kind, but I can tell she runs a tight ship. I’ve been to this location before her and the difference is stark. The store is immaculate, the food is delicious and the service is top tier. I bring all my friends here now that visit from out of town!

Order a Cobb salad it took 15 minutes to get it my order. I have a 30 minutes break not an hour you guys need to get better on customer orders in order and out the window. Not coming back to this stablishment.

I stopped by Whataburger around 11:30 PM last night, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. The service was excellent, the food was absolutely delicious, and everything came out perfectly correct and right on time,,,, which is not always easy that late at night…..they did an amazing job. This is the worst Whataburger I have been in all of Texas. I waited over 20 minutes for my food. They kept telling me they did not know when it would be ready. When I told them I wanted my money back, they brought my food. The soda is flat. A group of people arrived about 10 minutes after I had order and they got their food first. Management needs to do a better job.

For fast food they move slow as snails do not expect your food in a timely manner if you go through the drive through you’ll be there for 20 minutes and if you go inside its not any better just incredibly slow you’d have better luck getting your food faster at a dine in restaurant then you would here. Just avoid at costs.
