Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Every time my wife orders thru the drive thru they always get her order wrong, I mean every time! Today we ordered on the mobile app and pick up curbside, and guess what? YUP!!!!! they got are order wrong. They forgot my wife fries and my fries and my Onion rings. So we call the manager out to let them know that are order was missing items that we order, they did come out and give us are missing items on our order. But the worker said to me and my wife RUDELY!! Is that it! and rolled his eyes at us and walk away. So when get got home all of our food was ice cold, Oh and I ordered buffalo boneless wings but with no buffalo sauce, wing were really dry. We paid over $55.00 with tax. That a lot of money for 3 combo don’t you think??? We love whataburger I think it’s one of the best burger joints to eat at but this place need better customer service..

The food was decent and the cleanliness wasn’t half bad. However what what caught my attention was the worker who took my family’s order. She was very patient and helpful ,honestly gave Chick-fil-A level service ,don’t remember fully but I think her name was Lesli. Overall not a bad experience but that worker made my day.

Usually this place is jam packed and takes long because they are so busy but I went for my free breakfast biscuit on Wednesday and they were working so fast ! Customer service was nice. I give it a 4 because other times they are so busy it’s inevitable for there to be a long line but they have good service

Don’t bother ordering for curbside pickup, food never comes out in the estimated pick up time. No one ever comes out to let you know of any delays I ordered for curbside pick up for 10:35 and I just got home at 11:13 with no food waste of time and money. I was not going to go inside either because even though there was a no loitering sing up there was a strange man right in front of the store and I had my small child with me.

I’ve been to this location many times, because I enjoy a good Whataburger every now and then. If you go to this location expect a wait. Especially when it’s busy. Personally I’ve waited at least 30mins for my order. I’d say my order is correct most of the time, but not all. I would advice to check you order when in the drive-thru.

When is comes to the service it’s average at best. The workers need to be a little more accommidating. It’s rare to see them crack a smile.

The food was good this time around. No complaints there. Sorry I can’t say the same for the prices. Like everywhere else you go expect to pay more.

Whataburger, has become the new fast food standard – good food, fast food, reasonable price and clean atmosphere in multiple locations. As usual the #1 combo with its gigantic burger, fresh fries and unlimited drinks (including zero sugar lemonade which is my personal favorite.) Order it your way and talk to a human doing it.
