Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

This location is kinda new. They made my burger like it was whataburger in 2006 lol!! So good. Had to wait a lil, but thats how you know they cooked it all fresh. Service was nice. I had a nice conversation with the drive thru. Very polite young lady. If your in jersey village try this location!

Sure wish this location would train their cooks better. Every single time somethings wrong with my order. Ordered a potato, egg and cheese taquito ranchero style with fries. Came with no cheese , dry eggs and a handful of jalapeños thrown on it and the fries tasted like they were cooked yesterday. So disappointing to spend money, drive to get it and get home and not only not get what you paid for but cold, stale food on top of that. Took the jalapeños off before I snapped the Pic but……gross.

Today, I watched you clearly communicate with the kitchen about missing items while also guiding your team members working in Lane B. It was obvious that you truly love what you do, and that energy shows in how you lead and serve customers.

I went a couple times late at night and even then, the people were extremely friendly inside and in the drive-thru. I love their energy and smiles are contagious.
I am guessing it’s a new store because it has a different, more pretty and updated interior. Very clean and well-lit inside and out which I really appreciated. I always seek out that specific store when I’m in the area, even if I have to drive a few extra minutes!

Great customer service! Unfortunately we had some missing items when ordering lunch and called immediately after arriving back to our facility. We were told that they would remake our order if we came in the same day, and apologized for the inconvenience. When arriving hours later to pick up our remade order, the staff and managers were friendly, and quickly got our order ready to go. There was great communication between both shift managers. I appreciate their resolution and willingness to help. Will definitely be back!

I usually don’t mind this location but come on both me and my husband drinks were like half empty and we ordered a large. I understand it was Sunday night and busy but I’m not throwing away my money away either. The first time they gave us the food the sides weren’t in the bags (fries and onion rings) which is an honest mistake I guess even though it was an online order but the drinks somebody filled them up half way and put the lid and put the sticker on them like that. That’s ANNOYING.

Fast and Quick service! Beautiful restaurant! Modern design! Drive thru order taker was great clean and a Joy! I customized my meal and everything was Amazing! My Jr Size Mushroom Swiss Burger with Onion rings and upgrade to small Banana Shake!! Ohhhh sooo Good!

My order was inaccurately placed, I was charged for a side that I didn’t want, and my fries were warm and not hot!
The restaurant was very clean and the staff were very attentive and polite!
They also have the kiosk where you can place your own order too!

Well after three separate attempts, this location still can’t get an order right. Ordered the same thing. 3 different days. Double meat with cheese no veggies. First time I got a double meet with no cheese, took it back in they gave me chesse. No big deal. 2nd time I ate in, they gave me a double meat with everything on it. Took it back got a new sandwich. Today due to tight on time (knowing there was going to be a chance of a mess up…). Ordered the same sandwich they gave me a single meat with double cheese. Unfortunately didn’t get to go back and exchange it. I don’t feel like I’m ordering anything that crazy special. Sucks they can never get it right. Great staff otherwise.

Placed an online order for pickup thru the drive thru. Arrived 10 minutes after placing order. Was asked to pull forward and had to wait an extra ten minutes. Ordered a biscuits and gravy, hash browns and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Received a medium fried and a patty melt. Obviously someone else’s order. The employees that work this store have risen to the level of incompetence that seems to dominate the fast food industries these days. Luckily I will be able to dispute the transaction with my bank and get my money back. Come on Whataburger. What has happened to yall?
