Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Online order was lost, couldn’t be found. . Bag afforded missing a burger. Other sandwich incorrect condiments . Overcharged and lost online coupons because of employee errors reconstructing my order. Simple late lunch occasion for 2 was a disaster. They finally found the paper receipt and were asked to double check the bag. Disappointed with this location (30 mile one way drive)

I’ve used the drive through here several times and the service is usually incredibly slow. Many times the order is also wrong and the employees will cop an attitude when you ask that the order be corrected. This seems to be a management problem.

The service was very slow, and when it was served it was cold. The floors were litter with empty fry boxes and fry’s and you could see the dirt and grease being stepped on in the kitchen areas. No paper towels in the men restroom and unfriendly staff. Definitely will not stop there again.

Negative zero stars , Very disappointed from customer service . As i asked for a Combo that was a simple customized no pickles & no sauce & Extra lettuce . she gave me such Attuide .. which I didn’t understand why ?! I came to work to find a HAIR in my sandwich ! which I would of brought back to the Whataburger but I have hr. lunch take me 23 min there and back . The whole experience was very disappointing . If someone from Whataburger could reach out to me I appreciate it . What-A-Burger should been What-A-Disappointment

This chain used to have really good biscuit sandwiches. What happened? Cold, packaged biscuit topped with a dry, hard sausage patty, a cold egg, and cold cheese. Horrible! I gave them a second chance and got the same results. I’m striking this chain off my go to list.,
