I am embarrassed at how bad my first whataburger experience was. I went at 2am. Ordered through the app to avoid talking to anyone. Thinking it would be easier. I waited almost an hour for TWO KIDS MEALS, haha and had to ask TWICE on an update on my order. I would understand if they were understaffed or busy inside and out. But there was literally nobody there. It would have been quicker for me to go butcher a cow myself n cook it. Probably would have been more fresh too. My burger was like a hockey puck. No coke. No ice. No Dr. pepper. There was like 4 other people waiting after I got there. It took them 45 minutes. 5+ employees to get me two KIDS MEALS. I still reached over the counter to get my cups Myself. Didn’t even get straws. I appreciate the black girl who was working that night at least she was nice. The white girl was pretty rude. Called my order when it wasn’t even ready. I dont expect nothing less from fast food next to the freeway but. Man. What-A-Disaster.

I wish I could just not put any star. Does this look like a MALT? I ordered a malt. I got a malt that was basically soup. I immediately back to show the manager and get a new one. And this is the new one. It’s the same god damned thing. Also a side note, I threw the original one away because it’s not like I’m trying to to get free shit. Then as I’m waiting the for the malt, an irate employee kept yelling “ oh my god”. I will be emailing this to corporate.

We gave this location another try, there will NOT be a third time. Again, we put the order in through the app. We were on our way home from an out-of-town trip. We got to the location and had to wait an extra 10 minutes or so past our initial pick-up time. The order was not correct. A vanilla shake is NOT a chocolate shake. The burgers were missing some condiments and again were NOT freshly made or even remotely hot. A fresh hot burger would melt the cheese. The so called “whatawings” do not remotely resemble the advertised ones. The person in line who happened to also be an employee had to have her order fixed. There is a huge problem if you can’t even get an employee’s order right. With what seemed like 20 people in the back you think they would be able to read and handle orders. Not sure why it seems so hard for employees to read & pay attention to the ticket to make sure it is 100% accurate. I still miss the Whataburger of the past where you knew you were getting hot and fresh food, good customer service and an order which would be 100% correct! With the amount of money people are spending getting it right the first time should be a goal.

This was by far the worst service I’ve ever had at Whataburger.
Employees literally just stood there staring, with no effort to take orders, help customers, or even acknowledge people waiting. I asked multiple times about my order, and all I kept hearing was “it’s not ready,” without anyone checking the system or even confirming whether my order existed.
There was zero communication, no sense of urgency, and no basic customer service. Orders were clearly not being managed, and customers were left completely in the dark.
I understand restaurants get busy — but ignoring customers and failing to do the bare minimum is unacceptable. This location seriously needs management intervention, better training, and accountability.

Tricked me and my kids to come here. It obviously has a play place but it’s closed for some reason. Also they have a sign advertising free kids meal with a whatameal purchase. When I ordered my meal they charged me for a kids meal instead of taking it off. The excuse was “they aren’t supposed to be advertising it so you have to ask.” … even though there is a sign on the desk where you’re ordering.. advertising it…

sometime in 23 I had a very bad experience with this restaurant.
now every time I visit I am blown away by the professionalism and extremely polite customer service.
everyone’s appearance is top notch everyone even wears hair nets!
I just can’t say enough about this whataburger.
corporate should come and use this whataburger as a model for the other restaurants.
the management must be the best in texas!

Becky took my order and was very polite and courteous. She made sure my meal came with everything I ordered and added in the condiments. She even took the time to check on all the customers in the dining area. Also while I was there I heard the manager giving compliments to his stuff and encouraging them to keep up the good work. Only down fall for me personally was it did take a little longer than expected for the amount of customers there, but I didn’t mind it too much.. Keep doing what you do Whataburger.

This location consistently fails. Whether it is forgetting an entire meal, only filling the fries up halfway, or not paying attention to ANY change to an item ordered and making it the normal way. It seems to be isolated to this location. Generally have a good experience at other whataburger locations.

Been to several Whataburger’s and this place is very, very good. Employees are very friendly willing to help you. I do enjoy breakfast and when on the run this place is where I stop. Always Clea inside and out. Smiles from them always gets a smile in return when you start out a day . Update: February 19, 22, 1st time for everything. Walked in and not very busy. Ordered what I wanted and did not receive a military discount. For all you brothers out there better make sure you get it. Plus, tables not clean and floor dirty. Staff not very friendly. Update: Wednesday, 27 April, ’22, Love to hear the laughter as I walk in here. Employees are very nice and helpful, enjoying their workday and sharing with the people. Oh yeah, The food is very fresh, hot and delicious. update: 21 February, May 2023. What can I say, when I get a craving for a patty melt I go to What a Burger. Always and excellent service 5 ⭐’s. Update: April 25,2023. Great food , excellent service and quick to get y ok ur orders complete. The staff is just great 5 ⭐’s. Oct 8,2023. All is well. Tried the chills burger . Great service and friendly staff. Update: 16 May, 2024. All’s well here. Place was clean and the burgers were good. Update: 24 October, 2024. All is well here. The only sad part is they do not give discounts for veterans. So sad. Update: 10 Feb, 2025. Different work crew, Different experience. Staff was not in the mood for customers . Had to have my order sent back to give me all I had ordered. Plus asked for Ranch Dressing and had to pay $1.00 for it. Otherwise I would be eating a dry salad. Guess everyone is cutting corners. Showing higher prices and paying for the condiments too. So sad
