Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

What a lovely ‘large’ sweet cream iced coffee, don’t you think? We ordered two, waited for the second. Both were supposed to be large, both came out underfilled like this, almost certainly in a smaller cup than they were supposed to, and both were *absolutely* disgusting. So much for sweet cream. These are bitter, and a disappointment in every possible way.

You guys need to correct your workers screaming and throwing the food at their colleagues!! My order was missing something and I kindly let the front girl know and one of the cooks started screaming at her and she threw the bag of MY FOOD to the kind girl who was just trying to help, saying she didn’t know what the girl was talking about and to get out of her face when the girl clearly told her that the order was missing grilled jalapeños!

The only issue is I literally ALWAYS have to wait over 12 minutes for my food. No matter what I order it is always quite a wait. I order online and it’s pretty much the same. Other than that food is always good.

My Go-To Spot – Always Fresh, Always Friendly

This is hands down my go-to Whataburger location. My usual order? A hot coffee, apple pie, a honey butter chicken biscuit, hash browns or sometimes a kids’ hamburger meal — and everything always comes out fresh and hot. I really respect that consistency.

The employees are always friendly and welcoming. I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone here. Plus, the place is always clean — like, really clean. Honestly, some other fast food spots (and restaurants in general) could learn a thing or two about cleanliness from this location and Whataburger as a whole. Real talk.

Fun fact: I just started eating Whataburger last year, and I’ve been hooked ever since!

terrible service. Long wait to pay and made up pull forward and waited another extra five minutes to get our food. When we finally received it we kindly asked for more ketchup and an elder lady gave us attitude and said she put “enough there” there was only 1 in the bag. Would not recommend!

Order thur app takes longer than drive thur, or pick up.
Ordered lunch, dinner and late night.
Never on time. Do not download the app. It takes longer than drive thur. And customer service is worse. No offer to resolve. Location needs new ownership

I had to request fresh fires since I always get old ones at this location they did give me fresh fries but ordered large onion rings and basically got medium I just want what we pay for. Mind you they will not give you any ketchup no matter what you order unless you ask then you get two.

Got charged $8.89 for a children’s meal didn’t receive my fries at first said I wanted to add one cookie got charged for two and only got one didn’t receive the fruit snacks that came with the kids meal I mean I understand if yall were out but nobody said anything and I added a chicken strip sandwich on that order which is why I figured it was so much. nope they didn’t even add it on my order so I had to wait another 10 minutes for my sandwich while the line already took at least 25 minutes worst Whataburger.
