Second straight time getting bad service. This time the biscuits weren’t ready and I was informed they’d be another 6 minutes. I don’t understand how you can have various biscuit items for breakfast and not have them readily available. If it wasn’t that I had a gift card, I wouldn’t have gone. I should have regifted the card. I’m very disappointed in them.

Should have gone to Chik-fil-A like I originally planned.

Is my breakfast bowl supposed to look like this?

I have never seen a whataburger worker sound so positive! I also work in the food industry, so i understand when employees don’t sound over joyed to be there, really I get it completely. However, the employee on the drive thru on Oct 22nd Wednesday night made me feel very welcomed and helped me through ordering my burger and making changes to it!

The food is definitely some of the better whataburger I’ve had, I don’t usually get burgers but it was pretty good!

Would definitely recommend this location versus the burleson or cleburne ones. Also, the wait times at other locations always are so long, which once again I do understand honestly, but this one was pretty quick especially since I made changes to the normal burger! Will be coming here again!!!

Stopped by this morning for some of those delicious taquitos. There was a small problem with the order and I had to go inside and get it fixed. The manager on duty was great. Her name began with a “U” but I was not able to see all her name tag. Also, it was not just how she handled my order but how she spoke to the employees. She spoke to them as a loving mother would to her children. Guiding, correcting with respect and empowering them. And in turn, the employees had positive attitudes and motivation to do their jobs to the best of their ability. I saw all this in 5 minutes of being in the store.

There’s typically one thing you can usually count on and that’s Whataburger‘s taquitos. I spent close to $25 on six taquitos: sausage, egg, and cheese and I think there was probably a 1/4 of an egg in each tortilla! I’ve never seen taquitos so thin in my entire life of going to Whataburger. I know I’m just somebody griping but when you pay $24 for six taquitos, you expect them to be like they always are; plump and full!!! Maybe it was just an off night, not sure. This also reminds me of why me and my family stop going out to eat.
Price’s are so high, service is not even service anymore it’s like they think you should tip them $100 since they brought you your food that they didn’t even inspect to make sure it looked decent to pay for the extra! But at the end of my rant, these taquitos were just Walmart flour tortillas with a tiny bit of egg no cheese, six pieces of ground breakfast sausage as big as a broom handle when rolled up tight!

There is no Management behind the counter. Some woman running around saying thank you baby. You’re doing a great job. Been waiting for a breakfast bowl for 30 minutes. Figured I would try inside because we waited 40 minutes in the outside lane last week.
Pretty much done with this place.

Went through the drive thru thinking it would be faster, boy was I wrong. 7 in the morning, 1 customer inside, 4 in the drive thru, including me. Sat there 11 minutes waiting for my order. 2 of the customers drove off without their order.

Went shortly after opening to pick up food for others, and the line was long but expected. Had to whip back around and send someone inside because the condiments we paid extra for were not included in the bag. Came by yesterday and the girl taking my order had a difficult time both understanding what I was asking for and entering the correct items on the screen. She finally got it together, but by the time I got my food and got home, the breakfast item I ordered was incorrect even though it was correct on the receipt. It may be a while before I visit this location again, at least until they work out all the opening issues.

I work nights and stopped by on my way home at about 2:00 AM, placed my order on the app while at the location, and walked out 5 minutes later with my order. Speaking of the order, it’s been YEARS since I’ve gotten an order made as good as it was; fresh, hot, and equally as tasty. Plus the staff was very sweet, they greeted me when I walked in and even apologized for the wait which again was only 5 minutes. Will unapologetically be my guilty pleasure stop after work from this day forward.

Twice in a row now they’ve messed up my food. I asked for a burger with no onions, lettuce or mustard and tell me why that’s ALL they put on it. My chicken strips were cold to the touch. The kids were too busy having fun in the back. This is after I stood at the register with nobody else in line behind me for about 5 minutes. Workers kept passing me by and just glancing at me without saying a word. I wasn’t even greeted. The opening week was great, but I see this will go downhill fast.
