Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

i had went to get food right after i got off work which is around 3am? , i work night shifts all i wanted to do was get home and eat and this is what i get , i got a spicy chicken sandwich and when i bit into that i wanted to throw up right away , it was hard and nasty , waisted my last $20 just to not enjoy the food .

Hottest, freshest food at any Whataburger to-date. Paul was very helpful and informative as were the other staff. The chicken tenders were extremely piping hot. The store was clean and cool inside too.

Working at the general motors plant and having to be there at 6 am this is one of very few that’s open at that time. The amount of time every single order takes is outrageous. We sat for 20 minutes in the drive through lane to get ‘fast food’. It is always 100% of the time a long wait here. I believe there’s only one person I’ve ever come in contact with that worked there that wasn’t rude. The employees will make you feel as if you’re a burden to them. All of this is really such a shame because the food always tastes just fine It’s just the customer service the employees period is just lacking in every way. I’ve never had such a bad experience there where I took pictures of something but today I did. We bought a taquito meal that was $7 and some change and the taquito itself when I opened it wasn’t even big enough to make anybody fool. I don’t know where the rest of it went but it was a very very very small burrito. So I took a picture and used my hand as a size reference. What a shame because I love Whataburger but this place is just absolutely ridiculous. Been having bad experiences there for a long time but never wanted to say anything and be that annoying complaining customer I just let it go and until this morning. Whataburger really really needs to completely restaff this Whataburger with people who understand that your job is customer service.ypu guys are Completely out of line.

Great food, onion rings needed new fryer oil though Went thru the drive through and was fairly quick but it was 11:30 p.m. Burger was hot fresh and juicy. Reminds me of a Checker burger or Rally burger some. Onion rings were ok except the oil probably been used all day.

Ordered a #2 with cheese. It wasn’t a double and there was no cheese. It’s hard to spend $24 on a couple of meals and not get what you want and I waited for 15 minutes. The guy ahead of me had to go inside after he received his order. I should have known mine would be wrong too.
