Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Ordered 10 minutes before I got there, once I got there they sent me to the outside lane… Another 10 minutes. Worker did not say a word, handed me my food and walked away (my sandwich was made incorrectly and my fries were cold). I saw other employees standing around joking and doing absolutely nothing. This place definitely needs some work especially on their overnights.

Waited at the order screen for 15 min and when i asked what was going on they took an additional 10 minutes to respond. There was no line and no one in the restaurant dining area. They need a new crew on the overnight for sure.

Cruz was the one that greeted me today and i didn’t quite know what i wanted to eat she was so patient with me and helped me by suggesting food items. Will definitely come to this whataburger location again !!

Never a dull moment in kilgore tx this place is in a great location the gass station is very accessible and the customer service is always on point i have been working at the college across the street doing renovation and this is the fastest service from any whataburger I have ever had the food is always good.

Order from drive through. Order #1 only. Bread did not appeared freshed. No long line. No rushed. Why was necessary to make burger with dry old bread. Never received a bad burger or anything from Whataburger before. Why now? Disappointed

Came inside to dine in. I was ignored for quite a while. Was finally helped and they forgot to give my cup. Stood there for 5 minutes till young male manager noticed me and attended to me. Service was terrible but thank you to young man that made my food and gave me the cup. Food was great, went around 7pm couple of days ago .
