I spend a lot of money at this particular location per month. We feed my husband’s crew about once a week and its a large crew. I placed a single order the other night and received the wrong items in the bag. I called the on shift manager to let her know so they could maybe refund the difference in what I received and she was astonishingly unprofessional for someone in a leadership position. Mistakes happen and I wasnt even angry. I just didnt want to pay $20 for a junior burger. She cut me off before I could even tell her what was in my bag. She repeatedly told me there isnt anyway she messed up the order since she done it herself. To the owners you should seriously consider your choices in management. Now the young man that was working the counter was great. Future orders will be done in Longview or Marshall so long as this is the type of leadership responsible for our orders.

Drive-thru was crazy busy, staff were polite and didn’t seem to be stressing over the long double line of people waiting for their order. I only ordered a cheeseburger but was stuck behind 2 vehicles ahead of me. No way to go around them.

Regular Whataburger quality, and regular Whataburger super slow service. When I entered the drive thru lane, there was absolutely no one else in front of me, and almost no cars in the parking lot. After ordering, I pulled thru to the second window and paid for a single combo meal (burger + fries without any substitutions). Sat at that same window for 12 minutes before receiving meal. This was 2pm on a Sunday – probably the least busy I ever see this location, but still super slow. If you have time and money to spend, it can be an option for a burger.
I miss the good ole days when Whataburgers provided the same level of service that Chik-Fil-A currently provides (before the chain was bought out a number of years ago).

Look, when I come into Hallsville I don’t expect much, but when we come to Whataburger they never miss a beat. We placed an order online, pulled up checked in. Few minutes later a guy came out gave us our drinks and told us our food wouldn’t be long. We wait for a while longer and a woman comes
Out and tells us our food would be a little bit longer. They never dropped the chicken. Lol things happen, so we chill, and I wanna say we didn’t wait ten minutes later and a gentleman brings us our food and apologizes for any inconvenience. Let me tell you this will always be our favorite Whataburger. I appreciate the effort and dedication they put into their jobs to make sure we knew what was going on and how much longer for our food. Great job guys thank you!
