Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I had to wait 20 min for a terrible apple cranberry chicken salad. They are usually good but that day it was TRASH. The lettuce was brown and the chicken was old and dry. I went thru the drive thru and ended up having to go inside to get my order 20 minutes later. Most WhatABurgers are slow but this one is ridiculous

First of all I asked that my burger get cut in half and that didn’t happen. Then when I ask again the girl got an attitude. I ask for no ketchup. Not only they put ketchup on it but the let is clumped on one side of the burger the fries was stale and not hot and only got half a thing of it. Never again will I spend my money there. I rather drive on the other side of town.

Worst service ever, we waited in line for 25 minutes before we were able to order and then when I get to the window this ignorant little girl snatched the money out of my husbands hand and closed the window then comes right back and ask “what you got”. I thinking, did no one teach you how to speak. Yeah your going to get soooo far in life with that attitude. We asked for our money back and left. Don’t waste your time there.

This is the BEST Whataburger I have ever been to. Customer Service is superb. Food is fresh! We all know how hard it is to get hot fries from these restaurants! Last night I came and the line was outrageous. These wonderful workers were slammed! I said to myself “I’ll wait but my food better be nice and hot” ohhh and it was. Despite how busy they were…when it was my turn I felt like I was the only person in line. It was so wonderful that I drove 20 minutes to THIS Whataburger again this afternoon! A new lady was taking orders. She was personable and funny. Made me smile. My food was fresh AGAIN. I’m very happy!! Y’all know everyone says that Chil-Fil-A has the best service. Now their service is great. BUT IT DOESNT TOP THIS CREW!

I went in this morning to pick up an Uber eats order. I went in the ladies room and washed my hands and came back out and stood there for 5 to 10. The ladies that work there ignored me didn’t acknowledge me didn’t say I’ll be there in just a minute. When I said something to the manager when she came back out who was also ignoring me I said ma’am I’ve been waiting here 5 to 10 minutes she said I know I seen you go in the bathroom. So she seen me come in and decided to go to the back and get stuff ck for ten minutes. When people come in the door you should acknowledge them even if you’re busy a hello I’ll be right with you goes a long way.

By far the worst Whataburger in Texas! The food was just disgusting- it was not fresh period. And I waited well beyond the time the app told me my order would be ready. Fries were ice cold! And service was extremely slow because you have lazy teenagers working! Don’t go here!
