I’m normally a big fan of Whataburger, but this was not my best experience. I had difficulty communicating with the order taker. She had to have her manager correct my order on her register. The order was still not correct when delivered. She seemed to be a new employee and I couldn’t understand why she didn’t have her trainer overseeing during the busy lunch hour.

Whataburger is one of my favorite, fast-foid restaurants. I especially appreciate how they are open 24-hours-day–abd that includes dining-in. They never close the lobby. Most other fast-food restaurants advertise open until midnight, but close the dining lobby at 10 pm or even 9 pm!! Not Whataburger.
I am surprised, though, that no Whataburger I know of offers Wi-Fi, let alone free Wi-Fi. But I have learned to improvise but creating a Hotspot on my mobile phone.
The day I visited Whataburger that solicited this review, I first has a business meeting with my attorney. In over ten years, I have not met him any place but a Whatsburger. As we were finishing our business, my friend arrived for lunch and we spent a delightful few hours over our healthy, salad, lunch salads.

I moved to Duncanville 6 months ago. Fell in love with this location. Best I’ve had in the area. The rest around here are garbage. Just drove by it to see what they do inside and all they did was take out the comfortable booths. I will never go back to this location or any Whataburger again.

We usually love this Whataburger (Camp Wisdom Rd.), but this order was horrible…
We ordered:
#7 with grilled onions and mustard.
2 Justaburgers with mustard (no veggies)
#1 w/cheese, no veggies w/mustard
The order was full of errors: The Justaburgers had mayo instead of mustard. The #7 was heavily covered in jalapeños and missing its grilled onions.
Due to medication, I have a strong heat intolerance. The unexpected jalapeños made both burgers completely inedible. I had to throw my food away and was only left with cold fries.
It is infuriating to pay for an order that is ruined by such carelessness. Extremely disappointed with the quality control this visit.

Whataburger, is one of the best burgers places I have visit. I am a onion ring lover and Whataburger is on point when it come down to onion rings. I enjoy eating double meat Junior burgers sometimes I can’t help myself. If you have not tried their onion rings and let me know what you think.

My niece says normally not bad. This is my first time at this location. Poorly managed on this day. We had to wait at least 20 minutes, maybe more for our food. Lines were long, and people complained. My thing is when we walked in, there was one employee sitting at a table on their phone, maybe on break or lunch. Then there was kne young man who was just walking around, pretending like he was doing something. It was busy, and the manager should have had him behind counter helping fill orders or taking orders or cooking. Instead, he cleaned the glass doors, then he wiped down the condiment counter ( which wasn’t dirty), then he went back and talked to the employee sitting at the table. Now i don’t know when that person went to lunch or was on break but they sat at that table the whole time we were there. More than 30 minutes from the time of order till we left. Not a good experience.

This Whataburger has been on top it for a while. The food is always hot and fresh, the people are always courteous and friendly, and if anything should go wrong they are always quick to fix it.
I was supposed to write this review months ago, but I’ve been to busy running back to give them more business. As this is now the only Whataburger I eat from! Seriously as I am a very picky eater.

I used the mobile app and live 10 mins from this location. I arrived to the restaurant being empty other that 3 other people waiting on their to go orders. I asked the lady about my mobile order and she said it was just now being made. 10 more mins went past and the other people waiting had finally gotten their orders. Mine was 5 more mins after that. I paid for jalapeño ranch cup which I asked about when I was finally given my food. The lady said I don’t see it let me get it for you. She came back with this gravy cut that’s not even half way full and I said I paid for this??!??! Then on another note I watch one of your other female employees come to update the freshness sticker on the tea decanter bit it was still the same old tea. That is a health code issue. I’ve run several restaurants and tea has a freshness life of 4 hrs. It’s been that way at ever restaurant I’ve ever managed. Please do better because people spend their hard earned money here. I mean 2 meals and a single sandwich cost almost 40 dollars
