I normally don’t take the time to write a review for a fast food restaurant, but I’m making an exception. In a few words, “I was impressed.” I entered the restaurant with my family after traveling and the restrooms were very clean. This is usually an indication that the staff takes pride in their work. I ordered for a family of five and my order, all being different, was correct. The cashier taking my order was very friendly and made us smile, which isn’t very common for a busy restaurant. While placing my order, the cashier took his time and made changes to the order during our uncertainty. They made us feel welcomed. Everyone was working tirelessly even though it was very busy. Our order was hot, fresh, and very delicious. My wife and I were very impressed; we thanked the staff as we ate and when we walked out. Thank you Whataburger for your professionalism, hard-work, and friendliness. We will definitely return to this establishment when in the area.

I don’t understand why every fast food place on earth has decided they don’t need ANYONE at the cash register.
Ticket times have to be at least half an hour….. the bar is so low it is literally in hell, yet somehow Whataburger can manage to outdo it ♂️
Who do I ask if I need something? Am I supposed to just stand here for half an hour while the eleven employees stand in the back playing on their phones?
I can literally see them right now. Five people in line up front and they will not send anyone up here.
The kiosk cannot be used if yall forgot something. It cannot be used to ask how long on my order.
This is genuinely outrageous. You are deliberately making the experience worse.
That’s without even mentioning that Whataburger takes 45 minutes or more to get your food. Fast food? No. You can genuinely go to a sit down restaurant more quickly.
I’ll never spend another penny here. Not owned by Texans anymore anyways.

It’s unacceptable to stand at the counter for 5 minutes while employees stand to the side and watch. I literally had to walk to someone to ask them to come over and take an order. The entire vibe is off and no one seems to care. As I write this review, a drive thru customer had to come in to correct their order. I promise, a little bit of effort goes a long way.

Honestly a big fan of Whataburger and always have been, but this location really outdid the others. The food was honestly the least greasy I’ve had in a long while, especially for a fast food joint. The service is always great, but the employees here really go above and beyond to help out their customers(One of them helped me change a flat tire the other night, God bless them.). And the atmosphere is exactly what I was hoping for. Friendly and lively, but not too much that it made me uncomfortable in any way or even overstimulated. I highly recommend this Whataburger

They give the worst customer service ever. When I walked inside the restaurant, there was no one there to help me and they ignore the customers. When I went to pickup my order, there was a rude black lady who refused to give me the food. She said I’m not trying to be mean, but I can’t give you the food. I’m never coming back there again because they disgusted me and insulted me. The black lady was not nice and not helpful at all. She wasted my time and I don’t like her. I would not buy from this restaurant location because the people here will refuse to serve you. Worst experience ever! They are not worth your time and energy.

I just came through this location and Inara is wonderful. She’s polite, curious and very well mannered. I’ve worked in the service industry in some form or fashion my entire adult life with a decade of General Management experience and she’s an excellent hire. Kudos to this location for having her as an asset to their team and she definitely deserves a raise!

I had such a great experience at this Whataburger! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it — you can always count on them to get it right. What really made my visit stand out was the amazing customer service. Manager Nikqua was so kind, professional, and attentive — she truly made sure everything ran smoothly and that customers felt taken care of. And Shirley was an absolute sweetheart, super friendly and welcoming with such a positive attitude. You can tell they both really care about their customers and take pride in their work.
If you’re looking for great food and even better service, this is definitely the Whataburger to visit!

10/10 food and 100/10 service I walked in and I got greeted by a nice young lady her name was Sanovia she had great costumer service skills and my food come out hot and fresh and fast. I wanted to try a new drink and she helped me find a good drink I would like to. When you come ask for Sanovia she will help you perfectly! 10/10
