Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I honestly don’t understand how they mess up the food every single time. At this point It feels like that have our info saved and target us. I kid you not, EVERY SINGLE TIME we order delivery from this Whataburger something is wrong with the order. At least one thing if not multiple. I truly amazes me and at this point i feel like I just continue to order delivery for research purposes just to see how long they go with out getting the order right. I mean this has been going on for the 2 years I’ve been living near it.

***PROMOTION OR NON PROMOTION THIS IS THE BEST WHAT A BURGER IN COLLIN COUNTY***

Each time has been a 5 star experience. The dining area is always clean, the food is always fresh, and the team is courteous, accommodating, and very customer service orientated.

Yesterday during the .75 promotion the manager (Sophia) and OP (Brandon) were working the line with their staff, the front had tickets falling to the ground with orders. Despite the lines in the drive thru and out the front door the lines moved steadily and efficiently. The food was fresh and exactly as ordered.

I was especially impressed with how management and the team handled the stress level. IT WAS BUSY! Thanks for the great experience and keep up the hard work!

Late-night service here is amazing! Even during late hours, the staff stays positive, patient, and efficient. The food is still hot and fresh, and the service never feels rushed. It’s nice to know you can count on quality service no matter the time.

Whataburger never disappoints! The breakfast taquitos are absolutely amazing—perfectly warm, flavorful, and loaded just right every time. They’re my go-to breakfast, and honestly one of the best fast-food breakfast items anywhere. And the milkshakes? Next level. Thick, creamy, and full of flavor, the kind of shake that instantly puts you in a good mood.

Great food, you already know there’s going to be a longer wait than other fast food places, but consistently delicious—Whataburger earns all 5 stars from me!

On today’s date, January 23rd 2026 this employee Ethan was phenomenal. He made this experience of coming to this Whataburger absolutely amazing. He was super helpful, welcoming and just an awesome guy.

This is the third time this Whataburger has gotten my order completely wrong. At this point, it feels like basic incompetence in the drive-through.

They couldn’t even read the receipt correctly. My meal was supposed to come with Texas toast—it wasn’t included. I specifically ordered Cokes with no ice, and both drinks were filled with ice anyway. On top of that, there were no straws included at all. These are simple, basic things that should never be missed.

What makes this even worse is that because I ordered online, I was told there was nothing they could do to make it right—no immediate refund, no remake, no solution. Apparently, if I had ordered inside, they could have fixed it on the spot, but since I used the app, I’m just stuck with a wrong order.

Mistakes happen, but this is a pattern, not a one-time issue. Three times is unacceptable. It honestly feels like people just don’t care.

Absolutely garbage service! Ordered two small shakes, and after sitting for 10minutes and three cars that ordered after us having received their food we went inside to see what the holdup was. The girl at the window that took the order rudely said she is not on shake station shrugged her shoulders and turned away. No one apologized or offered to get them for us. Completely incompetent staff. For an order that easy, it was apparantly too hard for for them. Chase, you should think about some follow up training in customer service for the staff and fire the window girl!

I felt rushed during my order in the drive through and was given attitude when I asked to read it back to me to make sure it was correct. Then I get more attitude once I asked for them to add the sweet tea she missed. I get home to see that my large French fry is half full. Used to love whataburger but as of lately it’s just been a waste of money.
