Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Don’t waste your time. I live across the street. I’ve been here 6 times in the last 6 months and have only left with food twice. Stopped in this morning (4-12-23) placed my order, and didn’t move for 15 minutes. Finally heard the employees yelling at the first car in line and just decided to leave. If you’re in the area and want Whataburger I recommend 2214 N Collins Street, Arlington TX 76011. Honestly starving is a better option than this place.

I would defend this Whataburger and blame the hour and 1/2 wait for the food on the Metallica spill out crowd but it was determined that our order was completely left out. So it was just way more slower then it usually is no matter which Wait-A-Burger location I go to without fail.

I ordered the new BLT sandwich and it was cold after I waited in line for over 5 minutes. Also I should have got 33 cents back in change. I only got three dimes. They didn’t say anything and neither did I it was only $0.03 but still kind of rubbed wrong that nothing was said.

At first things were going real well, the manager took my order and it look like we were on the right track. How everything it took 20 minutes to get my food I didn’t know till I got home that my order was wrong. I ordered a double and I only got a single Whataburger. And my apple pie had no apples in it was just a crusty shell. I’ve been going to this Whataburger for 20 years it’s always been bad I should have learned my lesson the last time. And the two hundred times before that. However it’s Whataburger not just keep giving it another try. Shame on me

I ordered the chicken strip sandwich with grilled jalapenos and bacon with medium fries. I think I’m usually disappointed by the amount of BBQ they use… I might ask for more next time. The service was great. It was pretty busy around 7pm in the dining area. The food took about 15+ minutes so I wouldn’t recommend coming during this time if you’re very hungry and want your food ASAP. Our food was brought to us by a friendly staff who offered the Spicy Ketchup Limited Batch 2 spicy ketchup. This batch is tangier than the Black-colored regular spicy ketchup and has a notable kick. I usually stick to the regular ketchup but I really liked the Limited batch variety!
