It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The food came out hot and fresh, the line moved quickly, and the staff was friendly even during a rush. The place was clean, and you could tell the team was working hard to keep things running smoothly. Solid experience overall. I’ll definitely be back.

I was here a week ago, and ordered the double burger large combo with cheese, large fries and a large root beer to drink, and the meal was very delicious! My family and I also ate inside this location and the service was top notch and very accommodating! Finally, they prepared my food FAST, and my burger meat was well done! Thank you, Whataburger!!!

awe to Whataburger yesterday. They have two drive-through lines.
One was wide open. We pulled up.
All we could hear was Spanish coming through the speaker. We waited for someone to take my order. It never happened. After 5 cars went through the other line. We pulled around the building again and went to the back of the line. We ordered one Whaterburger with cheese, jalapeños and mayonnaise, and one Waterbuger, no cheese with jalapeños and mayonnaise. Then, two small fries. This was so hard for them. I had to tell them 4 times. After 4 times, we finally got it right. They told me to pull up to the second window. I pulled up, and they did not have my order, and we had to start over the 5th time. The young man at the window was very nice and apologetic.
#1 the drive through was not working and should have been conned off. Having to tell them the order 5 time is ridiculous.
The manager on staff either was not their or had no clue as to what was going on.

I wanted to try BBQ chicken for the first time at this location, so I placed my order and sat down and my food came right away and I was very surprised that it came so fast and when I took a bite, it was like a five-day old stale food and it was cold. Then I told the attendant and he brought a new one and the second one was fresh. I guess they like to fool people when they are treated well, how can you not be ashamed to bring that food (13$!). Definitely stay away from this location.

Food is NEVER correct when I order in person or on the app. Do I need to start doing smoke signals. Now tell me what sense does it make to put things on a burger that weren’t asked for. OR completely disregarding the items that are an extra charge but not included with the meal. Every location in the north DFW, should be put into a training program to get a fast food order correct. None of y’all can get an order that you either take personally or READ the instructions correctly and at this point it’s just sad.

Decided to order a large whataburger order for my dental office through this location! Cannot say anything could’ve been better! Everything came nicely packed and labeled and was fresh ! They even delivered it to me ! Definitely will order lunch in from this location again !

I went thru the drive thru this morning, received the wrong order. No worries, it happens. Went inside as soon I grabbed my bag and checked it. I told the lady In the front that my order got messed up, and I already opened the food realizing it’s not my order. Instead of throwing it away, she just took the old wrapping off, and rewrapped it and rebagged it like nothing had happened. Probably the last time I stop at this specific location. Just for awareness.

I tried their Buffalo Chicken Strip Sandwhich. It’s really good. If you want it spicier add sliced jalapeños. If course, Whataburger has the best fries and spicy ketchup. The location was clean and the customer service was great at this location.

Placed an order through the app. Burger came completely plain besides cheese and barely any sauce. No hashbrowns. No diet coke. No sauce that I paid extra for. No Spicy ketchup. Food was so cold i had to heat it back up in the air fryer. Ordered the grilled chicken sandwhich for my brother, his also came plain. Overall very disappointing, have had the app for 2 years and go to whataburger a lot. Cant believe the food was this terrible. When I called for a refund, they told me to come in person with the receipt and that only then could they help me. It was also a $10 delivery fee. Will be contacting corporate. $37 for my entire order to be cold, wrong, and disgusting.
