So stoked to finally have Whataburger in Ponca City!!! And it has yet to disappoint. The location is very clean and modern. I love the Ponca City-tailored art on the wall. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The food impresses me every time. I personally recommend the Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger (my go-to). The Breakfast Burger is really good too if you can get there during breakfast hours (11:00pm – 11:00am). I’m also thrilled that this is the second 24-hour restaurant in Ponca. No more needing to drive to Stillwater to get my Whataburger fix!

First, the burger was outstanding! The only negative was the drive thru – we didn’t know that if you’re in the right lane someone will come out to your car for payment and to deliver your food. We actually drove around the building figuring it out. Like I said though, the burger was one of the best I’ve ever had.

Whataburger is hands down one of the best fast food spots around. The burgers are big, juicy, and full of flavor, with toppings that actually taste fresh. You can customize everything exactly how you want it, and they get it right every time.
The fries are perfectly salted and always served hot, and their spicy ketchup should be a household staple. If you’re going in the morning, the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit is something you absolutely have to try. It’s warm, sweet, and savory all at once.
Service is usually quick and friendly, and even when it’s busy, the food still comes out fresh. Whether you’re grabbing a late-night meal or a quick lunch, Whataburger delivers real food that hits the spot every time.

Whataburger, a proud Texas-born trademark, has built its legacy on legendary hospitality and fresh, blazing-hot fries a Texas standard that should never be compromised. Yet this location allowed that legacy to crumble on impact the moment service began.
The building and dining area were pristine inside and out — a visually strong first impression. However, the service from one employee completely destroyed that expectation. I ordered a #5 with fresh fries, but what I received was a stale and unacceptable version of what Whataburger stands for. Even after acknowledging the mistake and promising to remake them, the fresh fries never came a failure in both follow-through and basic customer respect.
Then, as if to highlight the disregard for customers even further, I overheard the same employee speak to another customer whether they were friends or not remains unclear but I heard as clear as daylight: “Get up and get it yourself,” while she pointed toward the Coke machine. That dismissive attitude doesn’t just fall short it shatters the foundation of Whataburger’s renowned hospitality.
The experience was concerning enough that I immediately brought it to the manager’s attention not just for myself, but to ensure no other Texan endures this kind of treatment at a Texas-born icon.
This location must restore the true spirit of Whataburger where service is delivered with pride, and fries arrive hot, fresh, and without excuses.

We were excited to be at one since there are none in our area. Waited and waited to have a person come to front to take our order. there was 1 kiosk to side of counter, tried that it wasnt working…after a long wait someone took our order had given 1 person in our party their drink cup but as soon as she took the rest of our order she literally ran off so fast without explanation and we waited and waited for our cups. we literally went behind the counter to get 2 cups to get our drinks. no lids no napkins. another person had to hollar to the back wo der where their food was. our order was correct when we got it but was a very unpleasant experience wont go back. dont know how they can sell anything. hope the ones in texas are still good but dont know when will be down there again. my experience was in olathe ks. BIG DIAPPOINTMENT

Folks, Ponca City Oklahoma has a great Whataburger located close to Walmart, we love the fresh tasting hamburger and add cheese , this will definitely satisfy those hunger pains. If your veteran you get free coffee or ice coffee ☕️.

Got the breakfast bowl. It was 90% chesse. A little gravy over the biscuit. The sausage was burnt. Looks like they took the hashbrowns and smashed them up. Only 2nd try going there here in ponca. Not worth the money. Both times has been bad.

Food was delicious. The wait time in the drive thru was a little long. The prices are a bit high. Also one entrance was blocked and made it confusing and had to back track on the main road.
