Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Circa-1950 fast-food chain for counter-serve burgers, some stacked with multiple patties.

The #5 Combo – Whataburger With Bacon And Cheese, plus Fries and a big “Medium” Dr. Pepper – was simply delicious, and a heck of a good breakfast! I liked the older A-frame or A-frame-inspired Whataburger buildings better, but obviously that’s a nitpick. It was good to find this Whataburger not far from our hotel.

This Whataburger is by far is the best one I’ve stopped at. The appearance from outside was clean and no trash in the parking lot. The inside was clean and presentable including the restroom. The tables were clean and not sticky. Mostly the employees were very respectful, polite and friendly. They seemed to actually care about their appearance and the restaurant as a team. Who ever the manager is, you seem to have the respect of your employees and that speaks volume.
Thank you to all the employees for a good experience and the pride you have for your store.

Super nice employees, yummy hot food, and a clean, fun atmosphere. I go through Muskogee on my regular 9 hr trip home. So glad to find this exceptional 24 hr Whataburger. Thanks for being so welcoming!

Feels strange to review a Whataburger, but let me tell you the customer service at this location is excellent!! Very friendly crew and extra helpful. Also they gave a few extra napkins, didn’t have to ask, and we all know other fast food joints aren’t giving any unless you ask. Mid-day crew working 10/17/25, great job!!!

I did an online order for pick up. Ordered breakfast bun with extra sausage, side of creamy pepper, taquito with 2 picante sauce, 2 drinks. People there were friendly but the food was subpar. Food was over salted,we did not receive my sauces that I ordered. I would understand all of this if they were busy, but being the only person in that whole parking lot no excuses.

20231029T1645 – Arrived around 4:45 and while the drive through line was extremely long, inside was mostly empty. Mobile ordering is not turned on yet. I ordered the medium Chili Cheeseburger combo meal at 4:49 and sat down. Read the 1 star ratings while I waited. Order cost $12.87 total. Received my order 10 minutes later. I was offered regular or spicy ketchup. I chose spicy, it was tasty but not really spicy. The food was hot. The burger was moist, tasty, and bigger than I expected. The fries were good. A family sitting near me had an error on their food which the restaurant staff corrected. There was a gentleman that was here when I arrived and didn’t get his to-go order until 5:04. What people need to realize is that a new fast food location is always going to be hit or miss, especially in a small town like this. Same thing would happen at Ramstein Air Base with new restaurants.

Bralaize (sorry if I misspelled it) who was working the cash register had a great attitude and great customer service and everybody should have a front house employee like this guy. The food was actually hot but Whataburger you can always cook your fries a little bit longer

Was not happy. Gravy for the kids meal was almost empty with more gravy on the side of the container they put it on. Bread not toasted well on the patty melt, fries cold and stale. Was told they don’t have a jr patty option so had to get the patty melt for almost $10 which was one of the worst burgers I’ve had tbh. Expected WAY more from a NEW store. For $25 I will go else where next time.

My burger patty and fries were cold, the Dr Pepper was flat, and they didn’t give me my sauce. Mind you, a sauce is almost TWO dollars extra. I’d expect this type of stuff from McDonalds, but it coming from here is crazy to me.
