Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Went on my lunch break to get food and I ordered a number 1 with only cheese. And the lady even read it back to me and when they handed the food to me I asked again to verify that there was only cheese and they said yes… still didn’t get it right.. I won’t be back bc this is the second time. I called them 2 times and they never answered either. Hopefully they Will pay attention with other customers they get and answered the phones.

Ms. Dana truly makes this Whataburger special., She greets customers with such warmth and kindness, and you can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. Her consistency, positive attitude, and years of experience really shine through in the way she treats everyone.
It’s rare to come across someone who leaves such a lasting impression just by being themselves, but Ms. Dana does exactly that. She makes customers feel welcome and valued, and that goes a long way. Whataburger is so lucky to have her , she is truly one of a kind!

I have been here off and on over the years. I can be a picky eater at times, especially at burger places.
Today, I decided to try the Sweet and Spicy Burger Meal.
OMG, It was delicious!
You could definitely tell the sweet and the spicy in it, it was just right!

WOW! Best burger I’ve had in awhile…
Place was clean inside and outside, even the parking lot was picked up. Great first impression right there.
I do know, Whataburger is always better after dark.
Ordered food in the drive thru around 11pm. Staff seemed prepared and handled business.
Got my food quickly, got home to enjoy it and seriously, one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. JUICY
Worth a late night visit.

I waited in line for 10mins for 1 biscuit and gravy combo. Staff was not friendly. I will not be back!!! One breakfast combo meal should not take 10min or longer. People are trying to get to work.

Don’t call this FAST food, because it is anything but that! We ordered at 6:17, didn’t get to the window to pay until 6:29 and that was only with 2 cars in front of us! We did not receive our food until 6:33! A 16 minute ticket time, that is ridiculous! After we make it home and I open my burger, there are pickles on it. Please notice this burger does not come with pickles, and I did not request them. I love Whataburger, but this particular location is really ruining it for me. No, this is not the first time I have had a complaint about this location.

Went through drive thru before I went to work. There was about a 15 to 20 min wait total to get food . I ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger that had no bacon. I could literally see the old oil in the container my onion rings were in. This location is a hit and miss but I highly doubt I’ll be back.

I haven’t gone back to this location because I tried ordering online, but it still takes 15 minutes after the time I set to get my order. Also, I’ve had a couple of orders messed up, even though the receipt says exactly what I wanted. Plus, some of the staff seem a bit disengaged and it feels like they’re not too happy to help.
