Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

CHECK your order before you leave. Placed an order on my app, arrived and was the only one in the drive through. They acknowledged my order then asked me to pull forward while they prepared our food. I asked if I could just remain at the window as we were the only ones in line. The young man went and check then came back as said it would be ok for us to wait there. Got home with our food and was missing the fries. I contacted the location ant the offer to make us fries if we wanted to come get them. I explained that it was to far and would rather just get a refund. They said they could refund the fries but I would have to come in with my card or they could make a note and give us the fries on our next visit. It is unacceptable to not be able to get a refund on something I ordered on the app without being there in person let alone loose another 20 minutes of my life going back after something that should have been in our bag in the first place. Money lost, lesson learned!

Cook with the pink hair does a good job. Fries where fresh and hot after asking. Staff is friendly enough. My only complaint is that they blare the freaking music waay too loud in the lobby..place is super clean as well.

Patty was undercooked, and the condiments I requested were not placed in my bag. One of the many purposes of an online order is to follow the instructions exactly as the customer is requesting. The place was not busy so there was plenty of time to read the order thoroughly. $13 down the drain!
