Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. Came in here on tonight, myself and a friend. The lobby had gotten full. We were greeted with a bright smile from tybreka at 1130 pm. 1130 y’all .
She took our order! I also heard someone leaving thank her. We received our food in a timely manner and it was Fresh! Good job to this team. Those fries were so fresh and crispy! Need somewhere to go late night, this place is a WIN!

I Went the drive through and order a number 5 told them no mustard or tomatoes and I wanted mayo. Well, I thought I left my wallet at my house. So I told him I’ll be right back to come get it. Anyways, i ended finding my wallet and going straight back to get my order. Went back got the order didn’t even think to check. Big mistake So I guess they gave me a number 5 with mustard and tomatoes like I did not ask for. So I ended up going back and telling them my order was wrong. So they made me a new one and took about 20 minutes and when I got it, I still didn’t want to eat it. It was As like, they rolled the fries on the ground and put them in the box I found hair on it and dirt. So theres no way I was going to eat the burger. It didn’t even look good.
Come on it’s your job. Why does it have to be like this? It’s 3 o’clock you had one car in front of me. I wasn’t rude. i wasn’t mean and then spent 20 dollars to throw in the trash. At least hire employees and managers that actually care about the people that keep the business going.

I went inside with my wife and was ignored for the longest time a young lady walked by from restroom and seen i was upset with white hair .She worked there she went to get someone to pay attention to us and help and a black lady with glasses yelled at her rudely and loud because she was trying to help us said it’s not her job and don’t worry about it it’s probably doordash .But I was not had the people taken the time to check with us they would have known that! I can’t believe they allow people to be treated like this! That girl on late night was only trying to give us good service.

The cinnamon roll was still partially raw. The sprite tasted like the machine was dirty. They didn’t give me the extra egg I payed for on my salad (it already comes with one), nor did they give me any dressing.

My burger was COLD AND RAW. I reached out to their customer service and they told me I could go back to the location, request the manager, and they would replace it. No thanks, I’m not interested in getting anymore food from a place that egregiously handles and cooks food. My fries were also cold and hard. Gross and do not recommend. My cashier was a very nice guy.

Let me just start by saying that not every review I write is bad.
I have had Whataburger twice already, the first time it was opening week and long waits were expected.
Today (a month or two after opening) we had lunch there and the line to order (pictured) was not something you’d typically see (other than Chic Fil A, but that’s another story).
The person expediting the food was constantly apologizing for the delays. They had one ONE register open and their order-yourself kiosks were not operational.
We could see the kitchen was full of employees, and there is a good chance they were all new and being trained.
Took a good while to get our food, and there was an error with it, and I get it, mistakes happen, it was not a huge deal, however by now I think they would have some of these kinks worked out.

Nice to have a location in Fort Smith now. The food is great and the building is really cool. The drive thru was busy and the indoor counter had a few people in line, but I still received my order within 5 minutes.

Their burgers are amazing, but the breakfast menu leaves a lot to be desired. Bland flavors. The often hyped honey butter chicken biscuits don’t live up to expectations. The cinnamon rolls taste as though they were left in a steam bath. Gummy texture. Stale Hostess cinnamon rolls have a little more flavor.

Had Whataburger numerous times in TX, usually most them are ok, some locations are rare gems, but this location really ruins Whataburger reputation for me. I usually don’t leave a reviews as I understand working in the food industry is hard, HOWEVER, with that said, you’d think with franchise that would be some kind of standard…

On a non busy 8 pm on a Wednesday night, the fries came out cold and salty, I begrudgingly finished that as soon / much as I could, thinking that the burger would be the redeeming part of the meal… , nope, was let down yet again… opted for everything including adding a slice of cheese (no idea it was that much extra)

The burger was also salty, not hot nor juicy (what Whataburger was known for), definitely not worth $13.xx per person for #2 meal.

Please do yourself a favor, find another Whataburger location where the food are not over seasoned, perfectly temped, with the juicy but non-greasy patties to get your money’s worth

10:00 a.m. on Saturday morning Got a breakfast bowl, And an order of fries. I had to wait several minutes which no big deal Not a problem with that.. My problem is when I wait that long and my french fries taste like they were cooked yesterday… They were barely warm on top for the day you went to colder they got like they literally been sitting underneath the warmer since yesterday is exactly what they tasted like I couldn’t even finish them I threw them away.. and such a contrast to the one in Poteau.
