Jason the guy up front is one of a kind. We love Whataburger but this Cashier makes it even better. He calls everyone his friends. He welcomed us in as his friend, while eating our food we witnessed him in action interaction with other customers and making them feel welcomed. He has a loving heart for people. We will be back. Hopefully when he is working. Great food and service everytime. Thank goodness they got new management.

We were visiting from out of state staying in the motel within walking distance. Immediately walked in and was greeted, spoke to with so much respect gave great suggestions which we did order and loved. Also loved the music that was played. Our receipt says his name was Garrett W. This young man brought our food out, also checked on us a couple times while enjoying our food. We live in a large city (columbus ohio) and never get treated like this young man. Never seen him one time check his phone he was just very helpful with customers and other employees . Garrett deserves a raise!! Best employee I’ve seen in so long. Thanks for being so good to us and making our visit so enjoyable

I went inside this morning around 130am. After eating almost all my burgers I noticed dark pink meat. I thought it tasted funny. Mr. Jason walked by and asked if everything was tasting good. I showed Jason and he offered to make it right. As I left he asked his supervisor to come meet with me and She offered to remake my sandwich but I had to get going. I chose not to wait. Always order burgers well done at this location. On a good note… Upon my arrival Mr. Jason assisted me! He has exceptional customer service skills very nice and charismatic! Even though I was passing through going back to Huntsville. Mr. Jason greeted me as I walked in. “Welcome back to Whataburger Friend”. Even though it had been months since I’ve been here. It was like he remembered me. Always ask your meat to be cooked well done here.

Jason was a very humble, kind and customer friendly associate who engaged us customers with the utmost respect and attentiveness. However, the workers in the back did not produce that same professional vigor, as the quality burger I expected and have experienced in other locations feel drastically to the way side.

It was as though they took their coldest lettuce and tomatoes/ condiments and put it on what was suppose to be a hot and juicy triple burger with melted cheese on it.

But to my dismay, when I bit into it, it was even less appealing than I could ever imagine, on the bland side, meat cold along the burgers’ perimeters and would make you consider fast food chains you otherwise would avoid just to get a better burger.

For the cost at this location, maybe a 5th of that would’ve made the financial blow more worth it for the whole meal. The best part of that food experience was the soda, which mind you, I usually never drink either! If you want to experience great tasting food, don’t go to this location. Go to another one. I have no pics but their brand paper bag and the trash. You put that together.

P.s. If you need to use the toilet, DON’T!!! They need better maintenance with a manager qualified to keep the environment clean and presentable.

The restaurant was clean. The young man with glasses working the register had a very friendly attitude. The young lady that brought out the food was very nice and the food was hot and most importantly without me even asking the french fries were golden brown instead of white and undercooked so great job to the Cook.

High class customer service. Meant by a very friendly man. As soon as we walked in the door at 1230am. He said come in Whataburger friends, it’s cold outside. We placed our order and the wait time was under 10 minutes. The sweet and spicy bacon burger is hands down one of our favorites. Every Fast food restaurant and all Whataburgers need a Jason upfront. He stands out above the rest. Well be back just one of our all-time favorites to get a dose of Jason’s goodness. When we left he said come back soon Tim.
This our 4th visit at this location and first time interaction with Jason.

Trista was stunning soon as we walked through the door with her fun lip color. As she took our order she was very pleasant and didn’t rush us through like sheep! She suggested the new fun cup you can buy which we did! Great personality to go with her fun glasses. I asked for the manager to mention how amazing she is and the manager Mitchell said this is her first job! Customer service is hard to find and great customer service is harder to find. The fact that Trista is amazing and young I hope her future holds a leadership role because she would be great!

Very very slow at getting orders out on time. Placed an online order when I was leaving to tontitown. Online purchase said food would be ready at the latest by 5:08 wait waited over 15 minutes after getting there. I ended up walking out at 5:23. Literally made me late for work. It was also not busy at all. I even called them as soon as I placed my order to make sure they received my order.

I’m a meteorologist out of Memphis Tennessee. I was passing through the other morning around 10:45am February 3rd, 2026. The man at the front counter who took my order convinced me to try the Monterey Jack Burger in addition to my number 5. This employee was super friendly, and talkative. He made me feel special in some kind of way I can’t explain. His name tag said Jason. He also came by my table and said “how was that Monterey Jack Burger?” I said “very delicious”. Then he said “let’s do a fist bump and say it together”. “What A burger! “

OK, I don’t necessarily eat Whataburger food, but I love the people that work there the managers the staff are all great in Siloam Springs right now they’re doing a thing where if you buy one of these cups two dollars goes to the Texas floods and I think that’s amazing and I’m gonna go in just to get the cups so the money goes to the floods Too bad. I told them that it doesn’t say something on there about supporting Texas during this time. Which is really the only thing bad. I have to say about it because I think the cups are amazing the money that’s going to help. The people in Texas is amazing people in the south they really back each other. I try to help other communities and other states in our areaso I’m really proud that they’re doing this. I was told tonight by one of my customers when I DoorDash them that the banana pudding shake is better than any other one they’ve ever had.
