I’ve only used the drive through a few times & I give it three stars only because the staff is always friendly & very apologetic because every time the wait has been so very long. Not a wait you’d expect from “fast food.” I can understand a fresh batch of fries or whatever but even the cars in front of me had long waits. Admittedly, the food is hot which is good given the wait, but it seems like their cook staff maybe doesn’t know how to handle multiple orders or is doing too many jobs at once… ? It’s strange and I want them to be successful so hopefully management sees this trend & addresses it!

The food was hot and tasty. The employees were friendly. After ordering at the drive thru, I sat behind the car in front of me at the window for over 5 minutes. After I pulled up to the window and paid, it was another 10 minutes to get my food. 15 minutes is way to long for fast food. I have been here before, inside and it was fine. This time, I was on the way to the airport and the excessive time made for a stressful time in the airport. I will try them again but would not recommend the drive thru.

First I want to say I’ve eaten at Whataburgers from the Texas coast to northern Oklahoma to Arkansas and they are my favorite burgers of all. At the Siloam Springs AR location, Upon arrival no cashier was available. After waiting a reasonable amount of time I went behind the counter and in doorway of kitchen to get attention. Ordered one jalapeño burger no cheese meal. Got my meal with cheese. Ordered one single meat junior bacon burger meal and got a full size double meat. Took the crew 20 minutes to cook two burgers. While eating we had to constantly swat flies off our food. At one point, there at least a dozen flies in the back of the bench. Ordered a chocolate shake and asked for a spoon. The associate behind the counter said they were out of spoons and can’t find the box of spoons they ordered a couple days ago. I won’t be coming back to this store anytime soon. I will wait 6 months to see if there is any improvement and if not, will take this place off of my restaurants to visit.

I was the only person in line and ordered a bacon cheeseburger. I ordered it at 9:35. I received it at 10:04. I ask the manager why does it take so long and she said she is under staffed. She only has 5 people right now. How many people does it take to make a cheeseburger? I love the food but don’t have this much time to waste on it.
