My wife and I visit restaurants every day for her lunch break. W visit WHATABURGER at least twice weekly spending anywhere in the range of $23.00 to $25.00 dollars. People visit restaurants as a choice to get out with family, friends, business matter etc. Most can stay at their home to eat, this is why customer service is so important. My wife and I went into this location on 02/28/2026 at 5.32 pm. We walked up to the counter and the young lady looked at us after a few minutes and spoke. ” Do you all need to order”, (why would you ask that, for what other reason would we be at the counter. She comes to the counter with a very unfriendly look and attitude on her face and just looked at us and not say a word, no how can I help you, what can I help you with today or thanks for coming to WHATABURGER. (Look at the tape, we both staired at each other and she never said anything until I ask her, are you ready to take our order. She stayed the whole time, dry unfriendly and no smile. We received no order number, no thank you your order will be right out or anything. I am making this clear for this reason. A business has only seconds to set the tone to win that customer over as a first impression. The customer at this point is having a customer service experience of making a decision to return or not. This is my opinion, if a person isn’t train, why put them at the front to take orders, it doesn’t take per seconds to teach a new, young or inexperienced retail worker on HOW TO SMILE. No one want to sit and try to enjoy their meal after a bad restaurant experience.

Everything is great besides the old lady in the morning working the window doesn’t say anything when you pull up to order so you may sit there 15 minutes unless you holler. Yes holler at her.
Does no good to use the app when you still wait 20 minutes on your food. Time is money. Get faster

The food was pretty much as expected – I always order the Bacon/Cheese What-a-burger combo without onion due to my allergy. – There was a single onion which I’m gonna chalk up to backline cross-contamination ( which is still not good but it appears it was on the wrapper before they began assembling the burger) . I did discover that although it SOUNDED good at the time – the Dr. Pepper Blackberry shake – is not for me. Reminded me of old-timey cough medicine.

Burgers were cold, cheese was just thrown on no attempt to melt, order was wrong, fries cold old and hard. $25 for some crap. Not satisfied at all. If you want hot good food made the way you ordered definitely don’t go here.

I can’t figure out why the burger not as good as they used to be. Still good, but not great. It’s still a good value. The staff were friendly and nice.
