Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The burger and the chicken wrap were spot on they were delicious. The French fries were undercooked. The atmosphere pretty decent. I ordered a chocolate shake but didn’t get it by the time I got home I realized I didn’t have it. I tried to get the credit put back on my bank card. They told me I had to come back in in order to get it they would give me my milkshake. They were trying to hijack me into a sale. I was 30 minutes away there was no way I was going to drive for an hour for a milkshake. They should have just given me my money back on that item instead of making me drive 30 minutes to prove I didn’t have a milkshake. Instead of putting the money back on my card they stole it from me because I never got the item I paid for.

The food wasn’t cooked well when I was there and a couple days later., my child called with an honest question about if they served fried chicken. Which the child did not know the answer to. The person who answered the phone got very rude and threatened to call the cops on my child for asking a simple question that was not understood. As far as my experience there, it was not good at this point in time. The people are very rude and think they are something special.

The girl working the drive thru was super rude and blunt. We asked for two apple pies and she said she only had one and it would be 7 minutes before another was ready so we only got one. I asked for a Jr Whatsburger and she said we don’t have that. But it was on the menu, not sure if she just meant they were sold out or what. She made us pull forward anyway to wait on our food and we waited out front for food for a while. She didn’t offer or give us a receipt. When we got out food the sweet and spicy was so soggy I went and asked them to remake it and they were rolling their eyes and not being friendly at all. If you’re going to work in customer service and around people it would be a good idea to be friendly. We come to Eunice a lot for softball tournaments and will not be back to this establishment. We’ve had so much better experiences at the small business and mom and pop places to go to in Eunice.

Customer service is terrible here. We had four drinks when I pulled up I asked for a drink caddy. She didn’t even respond to me just watched me and my husband juggling all the drinks with a stupid look on her face. Like ok screw us I guess. Won’t be spending 59.00$ here again to be treated rudely.

no pics yet however we’ve noticed slowly that more often than not each employee has been indifferent to customers.
on two separate visits witnessing others bringing back orders for correction.
also apart from customer service and care there’s a easement (?) issue driving to&from driveway of restaurant access to HWY 190 (reduce your speed-don’t want to pop-up into anything)

$20 for a small burger and shake! Charged for an extra piece of cheese on a bacon cheeseburger. The guy that brought my food to me was very rude. This place is a joke.

Stopped in for a quick bite while working in town. Sadie was a gem. I tried to work the kiosk on my own so I wouldn’t bother her just in case someone came in that needed more assistance, but she insisted she help me. No other restaurant does that. That kiosk hurts a lot of businesses. Service & my patty melt meal was awesome.

Rude employees was in drive through to for 10 minutes was not waited on wind in side. There was no employees at the register. The one employee that was running around was rude. Took my order through my receipt across the price section. Did not give me my change and when I mentioned it to the manager, all he could do was say I’m sorry. And gave me a cookie for my inconvenience

The attitudes of the individuals who work at the window need to be adjusted. I get it that other customers may be rude to you, but working in customer service can not look like this. Waited twenty to thirty minutes for my order while multiple people got their food and left before me. When their attitudes ruin your day then something is wrong with the picture.
