The staff really made the visit stand out. The place was clean, the service was fast, and everyone was super friendly. The cashier was especially upbeat and chatty, which made the whole experience even better. You really can’t go wrong with Whataburger, and this location definitely impressed me.
Great staff. Great experience.
perfect, great consistency.
Love the new raspberry chocolate one!!
Bathrooms and dining areas were clean. Love getting rewards on the app
1:44 pm. The girl came over the speaker asking what we wanted. We asked her to give us a minute so we could look at the menu. Not a minute later, we ordered a number 6. The girl loudly said “Name!” so my husband said the name of the burger. Again she said (louder) “NAME!” This went back and forth two more times because we didn’t understand she wanted OUR name for the order. All she said was “NAME!” We had never been there! Finally very rudely, she said “I need YOUR name for the order!” I said we didn’t know as we’d never been there before. By then I’d looked at the menu longer and decided on a patty melt instead of a number 6 so she changed it, took our money and told us to go to the next window. The young man at the food window doesn’t say hello, or goodbye. He seemed very confused and unsure of himself. The cook actually came out and verified our food order, handed the bag to the kid at the window and disappeared. My second complaint is the fries. They were barely warm and very tough to chew. Not one fry was over an inch or so long, like it was the leftovers in the tray. They were old and cold. I’m serious, they were so tough and chewy. I am sending a photo of the fries. I threw them away. There was only one car in line besides ours so we were surprised at how long it took to get our food, and then for the fries to be cold (they had made the girl ahead of us pull up and wait. Not sure what took them so long with 2 customers).
The only good news, is that the patty melt was awesome.
The employees here need training. Not everyone in Missouri has been to a Whataburger. I won’t go back to that one, but I liked the patty melt enough that I’ll stop at another location.
