I placed a curbside pickup order, pulled into the spot, checked in, and received my drink within 2 minutes. The young lady explained my food would be out shortly. It was brought out in less than 5 minutes. The young lady was courteous and informative. I appreciate good customer service! It’s rare in today’s society.

I used to order Whataburger ALL the time! The food was always good and what I asked for. However, the last 2 visits have changed my mind. Both times I placed my order online thinking it would speed things along. Not at all!
I waited in the drive thru line so long until I decided to turn off my engine to try to save on gas. Two cheeseburgers I ordered didn’t have any cheese, my bacon burger didn’t have any bacon..and I didn’t get ANY sauce! Not even a ketchup packet! I’ve learned my lesson and won’t be back. A waste of my time and money

Went to the soft opening and then returned to try it again. The soft opening was really cool, they gave you a free meal, free dessert, and catered us like we were royalty. The food was really good, the people were really friendly and smiling, and the place was packed.
The second time I went was drove thru only, which was cool, it went quick, the staff was friendly, still a little confused on things, but they’ll get it together, and the food was really good. I will be coming back here to eat, really enjoyed my experiences.

I really enjoyed myself here. I ordered ahead and my food was ready when we got there. I have a family of 6, so you can imagine that It wasn’t the cheapest option if you’re on a budget. Nevertheless, I spent almost $50, and I do believe it was worth it because my fries were cold and the employee fixed new ones. My burger was without bacon and cold they didn’t argue with me they simply fixed me a fresh burger. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed here. Although some of the employees that were off were acting up a little bit but the manager put them in check and told the if your off either sit-down and wait for your ride or go outside with all the loudness and foolishness because I have customers be respectful. I loved that he took ownership and showed leadership. Overall, it was a great place and experience.

We were very excited about the addition of a Whataburger on our side of town but were very quickly disappointed. We’ve been here multiple times and have never had a good experience. We feel like we’ve wasted our money everytime we come to this Whataburger. Sometimes the order is wrong, sometimes we’ve waited a ridiculous amount of time and also felt cheated with half a box of fries or cold food. Won’t be back.

I have tried to order breakfast three times from this location. However, each time I was told the jalapeno cheddar biscuit would take 6-7 minutes to prepare. Are they made to order? I don’t have an additional 6-7 minutes to wait after waiting in line to order. DO BETTER!
UPDATE! I tried again to order the jalapeno cheddar bacon biscuit today 7-8-2025. I was told there would be a seven-minute wait. I just assume they are made to order. That was my last attempt to get that order.

Actively waiting for my order that I did thru the app. Been waiting 45 minutes. Took them 15-20 to let me know my order didn’t go thru. Someone rang me up again which was now 15 minutes ago. All for an order of wings & fries. Even made my own drink when I’ve heard managers tell employees in hernando ask that customers not to make drinks. Folks walking around clueless. Not 1 time has a manager walked up to apologize. Really bad service from this location. I would recommend going to the hernando location.

Ery first time trying this place,got the wrong order. Called,was able to get a remake the following day. My daughter ordered through their online ordering and a third party picked it up for delivery for her. She was missing an entire meal off of her order.called and spoke with a manager and he said there was nothing they could do to fix it. Their fries were very old and soggy,she said her burger was not fully cooked and was pink.. we work late hours and not too many places are open when we get off,so we keep trying to give this place a chance. Please get things fixed so this area won’t have to keep getting so many complaints. We love supporting local food places and we are HUNGRY lol! I didn’t understand why it was the delivery persons fault for something the restaurant left off of the order,when the bags are secured for delivery. Someone needs to be held accountable for this and I don’t agree that it’s the delivery persons job to reimburse us for the food.. spending $30 for two meals and a couple of other side items should’ve been handled properly and fulfilled by the restaurant.
