We had a great experience at Whataburger! We ordered Meal 7, the chicken burger, and a salad l. The salad is fresh, the burger and fries were perfectly cooked. The service was excellent; they even brought the food right to our table. The place felt comfortable and clean, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Bonus points for the convenient parking. Highly recommended!

Great place for some everyday burgers. Service is great here, kinda and helpful staff. Inside is nice and clean and plenty of room for people. Only thing they need is some music or something, bit akward with the silence lol. Food is great and can’t go wrong.

A friend and I went to this Whataburger location for a quick bite. We went through the drive-thru. It took about five minutes for someone to acknowledge us. After that, we waited about another five minutes for our food to be ready. My friend ordered buffalo wings and fries. I ordered the Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger and fries. The fries were nothing special, to be honest. The fries definitely needed more seasoning. The Sweet and Spicy Burger was good. I did like the sauce they used for the burger. I would have rated my experiences a three just for the burger, but the services knock it down to a two.

Every time we come this location there’s almost no one in it and somehow the food takes about 15-20 mins to come out. Last time we came here they lost our order and after 30 minutes of us waiting, I went up to ask why our orders were taking so long? They couldn’t find my order and had to ask me what we had ordered cause they couldn’t find our order on their screens. No one acknowledged us waiting in the dining room, but they did apologize and gave us a cookie for the inconvenience. Today, I came back cause mistakes happen. Ordered a cobb salad with extra spicy chicken. When the cashier, Sabrena, repeated the order back she had it wrong and I had to correct her twice. It took them 15-20 minutes again to get my salad out and my kid’s food and when it came it didn’t only not have the extra chicken I paid for, but barely any meat at all. I pointed it out to the lady and she told me it would be a while cause they had to cook more chicken. Another 10-15 minutes passed and when I went up to ask, she gave me an attitude about it. I thought they might be understaffed, but there was at least 7 employees there. I only come here cause my kids like it, but needless to say we will not be back.

Meh. That’s all I’ve got. It wasn’t awful, but I would literally never think to myself “I really want whataburger!” I’d eat it if I had no other options.
The cashier was super friendly. There was one guy in the restaurant besides us.
My mom and I ordered about 6:45 and didn’t get our food until about 20 minutes later. 2 burgers, 2 fries.
The cashier did apologize and asked if there was anything she could get us.
She told us there was a huge to go order that came in and causing the delay for our food.

I had an online order I placed around 10:00 PM and as soon as I got to the drive through window the cashier told me to pull forward and wait for my items so I pull forward thinking it’s going to be maybe a 5-10 minute wait which isn’t an issue, things happen. Time begins to pass and like an hour later I’m still sitting on the curb waiting for my food but everyone else behind me is being served quickly. nobody ever comes out to acknowledge me, or even ask what I’m waiting for. Finally I get frustrated and try to walk inside and ask what the issue is but the doors are locked. So I get back in the drive through and I explain to the cashier how I am still waiting for my items and it’s been over an hour at this point. The cashier then tries to tell me I was actually supposed to go inside which isn’t what I was told, I was told to wait at the curb for my food that was never brought to me. Finally another employee explains that they’ve had my order sitting there and that it will be brought out. There was never an apology, nor was there an explanation for the long wait. I didn’t appreciate being ignored nor did I appreciate the poor customer service. I will not be returning to this location again.

When I arrived it was 3 cars in line in front of me. Took 15 minutes to even get to the speaker to place my order. Took another 20 minutes to get my food. No apologies about the wait. No pleasantries when my order was taken. When I got to the window to pay, she only told me how much. No please, thank you, sorry about the wait…. Nothing. I know this location just opened but that’s not an excuse for normal hospitable behavior. Food was ok but definitely not worth the wait or the non welcoming feeling. Hopefully you all get it together….

There was one car at the window when I went into the drive through . Was immediately asked to wait to place my order . 3 min passed placed order . Pulled forward to same car still sitting at window . That car was asked to pull forward and wait .. several more minutes passed and I paid for my order and received my drink . Car still waiting on order in front of me , car finally gets order and I’m immediately asked to pull forward and wait .. 12 minutes later I get my luke warm burger and fries . 6 orders a hour at this rate will not keep the doors open .
