Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

So Lillian at Cinco Bayou/Eglin location was awesome, super friendly and accommodating. We had left the Mary Esther location disappointed and frustrated AGAIN and headed over to the Eglin location which is somewhat out of the way, but the service and atmosphere make it worth the drive. Thank you Lillian and Eglin location crew. Always on your game. Mary Esther should aspire to be more like you all! Ps also had stellar interaction with Timothy (register) prior to leaving.

I have never had a bad experience at Whataburger. Food is delicious always hot always quick. Employees are always friendly and give great customer service. I’d like to give a shout out to Jackie, I used curbside and my order was not quite ready, but she brought my drink out and let me know my food would be out shortly. I also forgot to ask for ketchup, and she brought both out to ensure I had some if needed. Love the service. Thank you!

Would have given it a 5 star ⭐️ for the food, but the fries (we had 2 orders) weren’t hot and fresh. I would have taken them back but my husband said it was ok. The mushroom Swiss burger was good, and my granddaughter liked her chicken tender kids meal. She also had a cookie, instead of the fruit snacks or apple slices. I had the banana pudding milkshake and it was tasty!

My family and I came here for the first time today, and we had a pretty good time. Food came out hot, it took a little longer than expected and im pretty sure we got a spicy chicken instead of the regular like ordered. But it turned out great, I definitely recommend stopping by.

Worker Jackie was great and super amazing with an order curbside I placed from this establishment! I had ordered a burger, fries, and a drink as she came out with ketchup I did not ask for on the app. But I took one of the choices with me and she noticed I had ordered my drink with easy ice and poured out the drink and refilled it correctly before bringing out the order. Thanks again for all your hard work! What a great experience for a Whataburger that is always super busy b

From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding—Kole was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how I asked, which really shows the care put into the service.

My first time having Whataburger ever! Super good food, definitely the most unique breakfast burger i’ve had it was amazing! Jackie made the experience even better she was super sweet and made sure we got the best service. Great first experience!!

Food was great as far as a fast food restaurant. It was hot, made accurately to what we ordered and made quickly. Everything seemed fresh. Employees were helpful and friendly. We visited this location twice. Only negative were some homeless people in restaurant being loud or asking patrons random odd questions, ripping pages out of books, then reading them aloud on both occasions. One lady in particular was taking shoes, socks and extra shirts off and on over and over. She always had clothes on, but sprawled her belongings and items she kept taking off and on; across 2 tables. Two different people bought her meals, but she did not eat them. She was rather disruptive. That is why I gave 3 stars for atmosphere.
