Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I was so excited to try this place as it is my first Whataburger experience.
Start with, we ordered inside establishment online. Ordered Spicy Chicken with no pickles and cheese, Double bacon burger, large onion rings and pickles pear raspberry refresher. Recieved drink quickly. Definitely more like a raspberry lemonade but pleasing. Waited 10 minutes for food. Establishment pretty clean up and down. Watched counter services and observed frosted berry drink made and interactions. No thanks on the drink and customer services needs to be more perseptive and personable. Lost star.
Recieved half a large onion rings of which had to retrieve most of it from bag to put in container for picture. Looks nice but just tastes of grease. My Spicy Chicken; even though had its special stickers on it, came with pickles. The burger sloppily made! Way too much mayo,a small and wilted piece of lettuce, very soft sad tomatoes. Twas a little spicy but then again tastes very strong of the grease. Upsetting. Lost star. Bacon burger was better put together and is sizable. Flavor is just okay. Over all a loss of another star for feeling like I just wasted $23 on unsatisfactory food that couldn’t be fixed because on the road in a busy day. Came. Saw. Tried. Fool me once.

This is the worst whataburger ive ever been to. I keep trying because its so close to my house and I love the other locations. This location always takes forever even when there’s no other cars. IF the food you get is any where near fresh the order is going to be wrong in one way or the other. Gave them the last chance today, forgotten extra cheese i paid for and the chicken tenders are clearly very old and each one of them had at least half of it that was rock solid. I suggest finding a better location.

This is the only Whataburger I will ever go to and spend most of my time. The employees are always polite and respectful. The night management here has a personality that will make you instantly become his friend and always want to come back and keep getting food here. I love this place and the people.

Whataburger really impressed me! The burgers are delicious and filling — the patty is juicy, the ingredients are fresh, and the bun is soft but holds together well. I especially enjoyed the Whataburger with Cheese — a classic done right. The portions are generous, so you definitely won’t leave hungry. The fries were crispy and not overly salty. Service was fast and friendly, and the overall atmosphere was great for a fast food place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Food came out in less than five minutes and was hot/delicious. The bathrooms were good and I never realized that the drinks were so big compared to other fast food places. Definitely worth the price/visit!

Great service and clean place! The manager even brought out samples from some of their newer options, which was great! We love Whataburger, but dont have one near us to enjoy on regular occasions. The trip to this location definitely hit the spot

Don’t come under you have 45 minutes to sit in a damn drive through not including the amount if time you suit and wait after they tell you to pull forward with only 4 cars in front of you. Ive never sat that long at any wataburger from Florida to California! Drive through not very pleasant ppl working.
