Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The absolute best Whataburger I have ever been to. The food is always perfect, the store is always clean, and the employees are consistently wonderful. You can tell they are happy to be there and happy to serve you.

Busy, busy, busy. Good thing they have a large parking lot because it gets packed. The drive thru gets pretty busy as well. We almost got trapped in the back while driving a small RV. The staff was welcoming and outwardly friendly. The best part is their attitudes were genuine and enjoyable to every patron who walked up. Everyone on staff deserves to be earning top dollar for their efforts. Food order was hot, fresh, and delicious as expected. We will surely return to this Whataburger next time we are in the area.

This was my first visit to a Whataburger so I didn’t know what to expect. The food was much better than the usual fast food. The burger and fries were both nice and hot. And there were real onions on the burger . As an added bonus the bathroom had a hook on the stall door to hang my purse. If I go through Thomasville again I plan to come back.

For the second straight week I order online. Simple sandwich, burger with ketchup and cheese only. Surely that’s a swift easy task. Not at the Thomasville GA location. 30 minutes after order was placed I receive my burger all the way. Everything on it. Bring it back in and they ask me what was on the ticket. Did you not read your computer screen that tells you what to make? The timing, while clearly not busy as I was one of two patrons each time, was terrible. Nothing fast about a half hour burger that comes out wrong.

Eveytime I go to Whataburger they always have a good attitude and they’re fast with getting meals out especially around lunch time! I did an online order and the lady at the register was helping customers figure out what they wanted cause they’ve never gone and her customer service skills were amazing! While she was talking with them I sat and waited for my food and the manager checked up on me to make sure I was helped and I told her I was just waiting for my order. She went and called my name and had my bag in hand within a few seconds! All around great customer skills with today’s shift!

Came here to eat at 10:30 at night, was told I couldn’t eat inside because the chairs were up, unless it was a booth, booth didn’t work for us physically and apparently taking the chairs down is too hard to do. Woild avoid thia location, definitely not what youd find in Texas dealing with whataburger. Poor customer service stemming from the poor choice in employees. Also take a look at my other reviews, I dont normally leave bad reviews.

Not sure what is happening here. The drive through is always slow. They always seem to have issues now, the soda machine is broken or they are out of something. Didn’t use to be like this. But hey, they still make great fries.

I gave 1 star because the service was not up to par nor was the food. After they made my sandwich the 3rd time I gave up! I will give kudos to cordell because he stepped up and asked to make the order right for me. He is the only one that was younger that wasn’t playing in the kitchen. Also the floors were wet and there wasn’t any wet floor signs out anywhere.

Dining area was nasty. Tables had not been cleaned off in a long time,. Took over an hour to get food.. no apology, not answer as to what took so long.. will never eat here again. They were out of napkins. Terrible place!
