Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I normally don’t like negative reviews…. Customer service was great…. I had a mobile order… waited 20 minutes to find out they never had it (even tho at drive thru i mentioned I had a mobile order with my name and was told to pull up) I left and did mobile Wendy’s up the block with NO PROBLEM… I won’t be back not worth the hype…. Best of luck

The food was really good. The customer service was amazing. The restaurant was super super clean. The employees were super friendly and the food was a little pricey, but it was amazing. I will recommend going just for the service going for the pretty smiling faces. The manager talk and sit with us she was extremely friendly and over the top. I was having a horrible day and she made it better. I think her name was African. She was great. The team was really really friendly and we don’t see that a lot in the area that we are in in the restaurant was amazingly clean..

Food was very good. Had number 1 with cheese, fries and diet Coke. They offer onion rings too. Drive Thru took a minute and they forgot my ketchup for fries. New location and business is working out the kinks. Will go again, but next time I’ll get onion rings.

I came in to enjoy lunch inside. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I did not have to wait long at all for my good. The restaurant was clean and while I was there the staff was cleaning and checking on customers. Two people who I assume were the managers came and spoke with me as well as inquired about my experience. I also enjoyed the music that was played the entire time I was there. I will definitely be returning to the restaurant.

Horrible… Drive thru never moved. I went for a quick lunch meal as a mobile healthcare worker. I sat for 45mins…ONLY because they had already taken my payment. Rest of my day was completely thrown off. I kept looking in the window and everyone was just standing around, no one even came back to the window so I could just ask for a refund and get back to my day.

Went for grand opening had a pretty decent experience. I’ve been here 3/5 times prior. I overlooked some things because it was new. Came back three weeks later still chaotic no order, lacking leadership from management. Manager didn’t even acknowledge me at the counter. Customer service 0/5

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! The employees are SO RUDE! They don’t even eat at there own place because they know the food is terrible. Janice was cussing out her KIDS on the phone while taking my order!! There’s is RATS and ROACHES (EVERYWHERE). I saw two workers FEEDING A RAT(From Whataburger I guess is there pet) at Mcdonalds and laughing!!!

I would give it zero stars if I could. Waited almost an hour at this location. One of there drive through lines didn’t move at all while the other one slowly moved. I went into the establishment to order my food after waiting 40 min with no service. After waiting inside for 10 more minutes I just wanted a refund but no one came out. Please either shut this location down or retain all staff starting with the management. Super slow. A location should not be open until it is fully staffed and employees are properly trained

Great burger and fries today at the Fairburn Whataburger. I was with my family and passing through on my way back to Texas and this Fairburn location did Whataburger proud! Loved it! What a great service team too – everyone had smiles and was so friendly!
