Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. Exactly what I would expect from this franchise.
I don’t have any nostalgia for Whataburger but do like to try new restaurants in the area. I was reluctant due to the low reviews but my experience was wonderful. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, hot food and quick service. I’m not sure what more you could ask for here.
I’m glad I tried it and hope they have their issues worked out now.

I’m here at the Whataburger in Roswell Georgia. I’m a DoorDash customer service sucks been waiting for 25 minutes for the order. I have to ask what’s an ETA they’re back there laughing the time now is 448. I arrived here at 4:25 PM. This is the second bad experience. I’ve had with Whataburger please work on your customer service. Their excuses, they have to make a salad only because this is for a customer. It’s a reason I’m waiting, but I would never shop or eat at a Whataburger.

I had a terrible experience at this Whataburger (895 Woodstock Road). I ordered a small vanilla coffee and waited over 25 minutes without anyone helping me or even acknowledging my order. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all — no other customers were waiting — yet the staff completely ignored me. When I tried to ask about my coffee, they just kept talking among themselves as if I wasn’t even there.
After a long day at work, I just wanted a quick coffee to recharge, but I ended up leaving the place without my order or even asking for a refund because I was so frustrated and tired of waiting. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I really hope management pays attention and trains their staff to treat customers with some basic courtesy.

I was the only one in there on Sunday, it took 10 minutes before anyone even took my order, then another 10 minutes to get it. The guy taking my order was nice but everyone else was moving slower than slow. While I stood there a minimum of 5 cars in the drive through got their orders. When I finally got my burger- I ordered a bacon and cheese burger- and they gave me a jalapeno burger, no bacon, just 1 lone jalapeno on it with brown lettuce in the center. First and last time here- disappointed in the food.

This was our 3rd time here and they haven’t gotten our order correct, ever. Tonight we dined out but previously we dined in. It’s very cold inside.
Previously, we asked for grilled cheese and gotten a chicken sandwich. We asked for a plain burger with nothing on it and got tomatoes and onions. Tonight we asked for lettuce, tomato and pickles, and got lettuce, tomato and extra onions.
We gave it a shot, we won’t go back.
Service is very slow when the place is empty, I just don’t get it.

I’ve heard so much hype about whataburger. I’ll probably never be back, but it isn’t bad. As far as fast food, it’s above average. The place was clean and modern. The service was friendly in today’s standards. I certainly prefer 5 Guys though. I gave it a shot, and enjoyed it. It just wasn’t enough to win me over.

I have been going to Whataburger for years having lived by one of the original ones in Tallahassee and I can say this is the worst one ever. I went through the drive through twice now and have either received the wrong food, meaning they messed up the order, or one time I received luke warm food, meaning it’s a health and food safety issue. Avoid this place at all costs! The included image is me pulling apart my almost cold burger inspecting the ingredients, which were wrong. The burger at the picture taking time was maybe 5-10 minutes from pick up and I can hold the food with no worry of getting burnt. Again, Five Guys is down the road, just keep driving.

Came in with very high expectations. The new location with all the balloons still up. I didn’t know i would get charged for the dipping sauce (about $1 for each sauce). Burger wasn’t bad. But let me tell you about the DEAD INSECT (a gnat) I found in my fries halfway through eating them. I was thoroughly disgusted and almost lost my whole meal. Was given a refund of my order and an offering of fresh fries. There was no way I was eating another thing from this place. They call it quality control. With as many people as I saw in the kitchen, you would think someone would have caught dead insects in the food before serving. I took several photos (per usual, but was so caught up in the moment I didn’t take one of the gnat deep inside my medium fries). This store is right down the street from my house. They had a chance to gain a customer. Instead, they did the opposite. I am very disappointed. Especially with it being my very 1st time at a Whatburger. Shame…shame…shame!!

Why every time I go to ANY Whataburger they either make me wait forever or get my order wrong?! The drive thru lady was very nice and told me I had to wait for my food, no problem. I asked for a chicken sandwich with jalapeños and bacon slices, these are at least an extra $2 each. She came out with my order and verified it with me but said jalapeños and cheese and I asked her if she put the bacon slices like I asked and she said yes. I went home and realized my sandwich didn’t have bacon slices OR jalapeños, so not only did I wait 10 mins for the wrong food but I paid EXTRA for the wrong food. Please Whataburger, DO BETTER!! im tired of my food continually being wrong or waiting so long for my order no matter what location I go to.

This is a must go to Burger ! Specialty burgers..ketchup menu…. Fantastic fries. Place your order and it’s delivered to your table.
They come around with all the ketchup choices.
