Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

This restaurant needs to reevaluate its quality in food. The fact that this chain has decided to branch out into the Columbia area just to be another low quality fast food restaurant is disappointing. The orders are never right and when you repeat it back to the employee, the order is still wrong. The gravy is also watered down and disgusting.

What a great staff! I grabbed some takeout around 2:15pm. It looked like it was shift change. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly. One woman (may have been a manager) was walking out to leave but stopped to help a customer who needed condiments. I was sitting in my truck and apparently parked a little too close to another staff member who was trying to leave. He crawled through his passenger side rather than trying to squeeze through the driver’s side where I was. I was mortified that he had to do that because of my poor parking. I rolled my window down and apologized. He was very respectful and extremely kind. Great team!!

This place is brand new so I’m not expecting perfection. Dining room is a bit small and with some reorganization could fit a few more tables in there. We’re used the kiosk to order which worked very well but took about 15 minutes for the food to arrive. The chicken sandwich here is very very good. The burger was also good but surprisingly the patty was cold. I’ll come back but these growing pains need sorting.

I stopped by this Whataburger while traveling. The inside of the restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. Tierra was amazing and helped my husband order our food. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She even came from behind the counter to make sure everything was satisfactory.
The food was good and experience overall was good here. We have another go to spot while traveling down I77 near Columbia.

We Came to this location on Christmas Eve, as I was visiting family saw the sign and was craving whataburger. let me say the place was very beautiful inside. (I’ve seen the older whataburgers) the store was very clean for the traffic coming in, and the staff was kind. The manager on duty was courteous. We went around 4pm and got our food in a few minutes, I wanted to make sure that we gave a good review as they were all working hard with how busy it was. food was delicious and delivered with a smile! Will be coming back soon

We stopped in here for lunch wednesday at 1:30. The place was packed when we entered. We ordered at the counter from very friendly staff and sat down and it was about five minutes before our food was brought to us.

Absolutely disappointed in my experience today. My burger was horrible. Order was not correct and after addressing the issue with the management we felt as if she didn’t care. So nothing was done to rectify or situation. Definitely wouldn’t be returning!

Very disappointed. My order was wrong I ordered a burger with cheese, avocado and bbq sauce with no pickle and received a dry burger with a few pieces of lettuce and onion. My fries were cold and stale and my chicken was half coated.
