Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I’ve been looking forward to trying Whataburger since they started popping up in N.C.. They just opened a new one about a mile and a half from my house. Extremely glad I did. This restaurant definitely lived up to all the hype I’ve heard. Burgers were amazing(And huge ), Fries were amazing. The staff were beyond remarkable. Very friendly. The price was extremely reasonable and actually well under what I was expecting. I would, without a doubt, definitely recommend Whataburger! The name says it all!!

The french fries are delicious thinly sliced and slightly crunchy. The double burger original is amazing. The day manager waited on me and was so kind and took time to explain the most popular items. I will return to try additional items from the menu.

Terrible. I have tried this location 3 times, months apart and different days of the week. They still suck. Things as simple as paid condiments are always missing from the order. The last order was the regular burger (#1) and it was not good. The meat was cold. The bread was stale. The tomatoes were not fresh. The wait time in relation to the freshness of the food doesn’t make sense. It’s not a quality type of service. Every time, I always throw out the food. It’s simply not worth it to give it a try. Maybe try a different location.

We stopped at Whataburger for the first time. The burgers were really good. The toppings were fresh and the meat tasted great. The fries were very good with just enough salt. I tried the apple pie because it reminded me of fast-food pies from when I was a kid – and it did not disappoint. Lastly, the staff were friendly and the service was fast. They appear to have hit their stride. We’ll be returning!

The service was absolutely horrible. Our order was wrong, the girl at the drive through asked us 4 times what we wanted on our burger, then proceeded to ring us in for the complete wrong thing and had to go back inside to get what we actually ordered. The fries were cold, and our burgers tasted like they were made 30 minutes ago. Not fresh at all, BARELY hot, and looked like they literally threw the stuff on the burger and threw it in the bag. Also forgot some of our order and was extremely overpriced.

Our first visit to Whataburger. The burger was good, but VERY skimpy on the toppings. Did not look anything like the advertised burger. Overall, I was expecting more than just your typical fast food joint. However, the restaurant was clean and the people nice.

Travis… I mean what a guy, I ordered the Triple Meat Whataburger and first of all. The burger was amazing, Travis also gave me extra ranch for my fries. Other than the burger the customer service was stupendous! Round of applause for Travis. He is the man of the hour. I really recommend everytime when you go into Whataburger to ask for his service, IT IS 10/10.
