Beautiful space with a well-balanced layout. Service was attentive, compassionate, and informative without any sense of overwhelming, or abruptness. Food was amazing, bathrooms were clean and overall the restaurant treated us as though we were close friends – even though we had never been before.

Great broth and wonderful service. The boba drinks are so good! Especially the coffee one with boba. If you come get a booth it’s the coziest seating. Not even busy at all on a Sunday at noon but totally worth stopping by for a meal!

If the name itself doesn’t grab you, the food surely will. Like almost all of my restaurant reviews, I typically only do five-star reviews, so just know you’re not going to be disappointed. Maybe I live a sheltered existence, but the fact that they had hoisin sauce on the table with the hot sauce was a first. Well done, What the Phõ! Well done!

AWFUL and EXPENSIVE! I haven’t been here in awhile and now I know why… I went in today and ordered the #25 Pho Ga, Fresh Rice Noodles with Strips of Chicken Breast ($11.50 w/o tax) and the #7 Tom Lan Bot, Tempura Prawns appetizer ($10.95 w/o tax) to go! First of all the chicken was not breast chicken it was so dry I couldn’t even it eat. The tempura prawns were so chewy and gross. I paid over $30 with tip for lunch… that’s crazy, for one person. Never again! ***see my pictures, I don’t lie. I called to talk to the manager and the person on the phone told me that the manager only works on Tuesday evenings at 7:30 pm. Not very good business. Go elsewhere.

The food was pretty good. I really liked the flavor of the shrimp pho & the shrimp fried rice. The egg rolls & ribs were great! The thing that could have been a little better is the beef pho broth. The noodles and meat were very good.

This is one of the ultimate best pho places in Bothell hands down. You have to try their bbq spring rolls. Why on earth doesn’t every pho place offer such good spring rolls is beyond me. The pho here always hits the spot and their regular size is actually on the smaller size which makes more sense.
