Delicious pho with vegan option! Vegan food in Bellevue square is hard to find. I was so excited to find that What the Pho had a vegan bowl! It’s delicious with tons of tofu and noodles with veggies. It’s my new go to spot in Bellevue square.

It was a cold day so I was in the mood for noodles. It’s inside the mall so limited sitting space available on busy days (weekends). Fast service. I have visited a couple of times already this month. The broth always hits the spot on a cold winter day!!

They charged me 12 buckets for everything in the photo. And yes I have to cook it myself and clean the table myself. Quite brave for them to call themselves a restaurant. In another word, this is the most polite robbery I ever experienced. Don’t make the mistake I made, do not come here.

Got the BYO Ramen and had a fun time getting hands on with my own meal. This sort of service is very common in shops in East Asia so I was very surprised to see a Vietnamese Pho shop serving this.
Either way, the food was as great as packaged ramen could be and was complimented with a nice server that was very attentive. I appreciated her not being on her phone the whole time and paying attention to when customers finished their dishes, cleaning up the dirty areas, and being well prepared at the service counter.
Lots of seating available including booth type seating and regular chairs. I couldn’t find a bathroom in the shop but that is available outside for sure. Overall great spot to get some noodles after shopping with a modern and fresh menu that offers a wide variety of options!

One of the worst food locations in Bellevue square mall. They continue to disrespect me and my time. I have been coming here since they opened, I work in the mall and have spent tons of money at their location. I send my fellow peirs over to their store to get lunch because they used to be fast and so kind. The past 2 months anytime a coworker of mine goes in there to get their food to go they always give them a to go container. 10 min after they go in there I am in there to get mine to go “again I work in the mall and don’t have time to eat it there” they refuse to give it to me and if they do they charge me 50 cents for a container which I am so happy to pay for.
I went into the store yesterday 11/20 and the gentleman refused to give me any type of container for my food for pho and for Raman. I expressed that they have done it for me in the past. They refused and told me I needed to eat it there if I wanted it.
Today I went back in because I really needed wanted my lunch again I work in the mall and was hungry. The lady who was working had given me a container before but today 11/21 told me she dosent do to go container but didn’t for my peir 10 min before I went into the store. I asked if it’s a me thing and they don’t want me to have it or what and she was not able to answer me. She finally gave me one and expressed that either they can give me to container or not give me a mall employee discount.
At this point I feel like I am being targeted and they are being so beyond disrespectful to me.
I will never be going to this pho establishment ever again. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I have this review as four stars because they need to serve beer. We had dinner here and the food was great but I didn’t want soda, tap water or some crazy boba tea sugar thing. In any case the food and service was great!

Got some morning Pho here on a Saturday and it was good! Quick as well! My gf is the soup/pho expert and she approved the 5 star review.
Friendly and nice service from the staff.
They have this BYO Ramen menu I love, we will have to try it out next time .
Also don’t listen to the low reviews, these Karen’s expect some crazy things from a pho place at a mall like come on people. 5 star FOR SURE

A very Americanized experience in a bright environment with a friendly server. The pho wasn’t great – slightly chewy meat, salty soup, a rice noodle I haven’t had before (to be fair, most of the pho I’ve had was in Asia). Rice rolls were very large and bland with thick cut meat and a sticky peanut sauce.

I had a very nice bowl of pho after marathon shopping for baby showers and weddings. The food is straight forward and not gimmicky. It was filled with meat and I hit my protein. The soup was delicious and the service very friendly. I had a good experience.

Had vegan pho and extra broth and it was awesome. The place also had the ‘make your own noodle soup’ that I plan to take it next time. Suggestions to management are to add a easily pourable chili oil instead of packets (hard to tear open) and add a XL option for menu items.
