Falafel was really fresh and tasty, and the hummus delicious as well. Had a taste of the frozen yogurt- really refreshing and delish! Pita very fresh; everything seems really authentic, and meal was satisfying.

Nice little family owned shop. Got the dynamite pita and it was awesome – a little bit spicy and had crushed Doritos in it which was a great touch.

This spot is awesome! I highly recommend trying the dynamite pita & falafel burger with fries. These were my two favorites. The Dynamite Pita has the perfect amount of kick, crunch, texture and the pita is so fresh, warm and fluffy.. it’s sooooo good. I highly recommend this place. Also the level of cleanliness, friendliness of staff and overall vibe is definitely on a 5 Star 5 Diamond level.

While staying in Sag Harbor, I was looking for something different and I happened to come across this new take-out spot in the Village. What a great find it turned out to be! I ordered the spicy sesame falafel. For me, the most important aspect of any sandwich is the bread. The pita was freshly baked in their rotating oven, it was the perfect thickness with fluffy consistency. As I saw the sandwich being made, I knew it was going to be stellar. The spicy sesame sauce is a perfect consistency and a perfect blend of sesame flavor, lemon, and a hint of sweet from the bell pepper within the sauce. The falafel was crunchy and didn’t fall apart. But the bread…it’s all about the bread. Thankfully they sell the bread on it’s own because it is all I thought about after the meal. I washed it all down with a Tahini shake which I didn’t expect to like but it was a great way to end.

Absolutely delicious food! We got the classic falafel sandwich, hummus and pita, and fries that we dipped in the ridiculously tasty tahini sauce! So happy we have some new options in Sag! Highly recommend!

The wife and I live close by and had been anticipating their opening for weeks. We went for lunch on day one – yesterday – and we are very happy to welcome this deliciousness to the neighborhood. Super clean, super friendly, and the classic with no modifications is on point. We look forward to exploring the menu, but right out of the box, What The Falafel is terrific.

Ok here is the new felafel place. Very good home made pita, excellent tahini sauce. fresh parsley fresh mint. All of these would make a great sandwich ( which is how it served not cut on top like a typical pita sandwich). But alas the FELAFEL SUCKS. No crispy exterior, no flavor and a weird pasty texture to the interior. $15 is steep for a felafel sandwich. It should have been spectacular. It wasn’t
